Keeps the heat

I like my coffee warm not hot, so I usually wait 3 to 5 minutes before drinking. With this mug 30 minutes later it was still to hot for me. The outside feels cool with really hot coffee in it. The only real downside for me is the area you drink from. I feel like I’m drinking from a Sippy cup. I guess it’s made that way to help reduce spills but I would like a bigger opening.

It make your mount constantly uncomfortable while zipping...but I got it for less than the retail price, full price will be making me to return it.
