Great upgrade from a smaller keurig. Enjoy having the ability to use the larger k cups and make several cups of coffee at once.

Works great other than it splashes coffee everywhere and you have to clean the needle every week

I bought this for my father in law, but have the same on at home and we both love them.

We have been using this product for about a month and it works great no problems love the ability to make carafe packs

it is a decent unit, but there are several minor issues that do add up. 1) Standard cup sizes only go to 10oz 2) For the higher ounces, you'll need to use the carafe (even for the 12-14oz travel mugs) 3) If you want to bypass the DRM protection, you'll need to internet search reusable cups for both standard size and the carafe size.

I absolutely love this! I love how it is a two in one you can make coffee for the crowd or just have your one cup !!!

This thing is like crack with the right flavor. I make Kcups all day everyday.

The timer makes all the difference in the world! Don't get any version lower than this.

This is great and convenient but the coffees from the k cups aren't the best and occasionally the keurig will brew less than the set amount of ounces as well as brew very slowly. Happens about every 2 weeks.

I have been a Keurig user for 5 years, just now had to upgrade my pot to a newer model...this model is awesome!

Very quiet and the coffee quality is great compared to older model replaced. The ability to make a carafe is a plus.

Great machine, like the one cup option the most. no more wasted coffee in the morning.
