Our second Keurig brewer as we had the Vue that lasted a good 2 years...this one had all the features we wanted in the brewer but quit working after a year. We had the extra warranty and returned it for a newer one. Otherwise it was a great brewer but they have newer ones out now so recommend those.

If you want a fast luke warm cup of coffee thats going to cost you and arm and a leg yes this is the machine to get. Hamilton Beach has one that will brew a steaming hot whole pot or a k-cup OR it will brew your OWN coffee and it's only $80 it's also WAY smaller and you don't yave to jump thru hoops to clean it !!

The Keurig 2.0 has the advantage of supporting a carafe but the proprietary 2.0 K-cup technology does not allow you to use cups from any previous version or supplier. It's more expensive to change the K cups out to 2.0 than it was to purchase the brewer.

From the first day, this machine had a problem...water leaked from the bottom and then the a couple of weeks later, the display would go blank, just a light. We returned it. I also dislike the fact that it would not take K-cup compatibles...

Individual cup pod works great. The issue is with the carafe pod. The machine doesn't brew a full carafe. It will barely reach half the volume of the carafe regardless of volume setting.

I've wanted one of these for such a long time and now I finally have one! There are so many choices of coffee and other flavoured drinks that you're spoiled for choice. It is easy to use and a great addition to the kitchen. It does require some cleaning of the parts and the filter needs to be changed frequently if you use it a lot, but it is worth it!

Makes different size coffees from single to carafe but when heating hot water there are only 2 settings. I would prefer to have the same setting all around but that's just my opinion. Most all kcups fit in the 2.0 but occasionally it work read certain ones.

Many more options than the original. Works much faster and not that I use it a lot but I like the carafe. You also get a "make strong" option which is nice. Highly recommend. I also like the reusable k-cup so I can use my favorite coffee plus it helps to save money if that is something that matters

The only issue I have is too much back to back use and the last few cups taste burned other than that it's a great machine. I'm not worked up about only being able to use Keurig k cups, they are still cheaper than actually going to the major chains every day.

This is a nice coffee maker but limited in the pods you can use. I had to order a "Freedom Clip" to be able to use many of the coffee pods I have.

Worked perfect the first week. After that it kept getting clogged. Cant use your own coffee. Seems like the older version was better. I returned it.

This Keurig is an awesome upgrade from the latest model. You have the ability to make more coffee with the kettle provided. Awesome for a gathering. Overall great product but I hope it doesn't break down in the 2 years again.

Very disappointed.... this machine takes ONLY KEURIG kcups. There was no adapter to use with your own bag of coffee. You couldn’t even buy store brand kcups unless it had the special coded symbol on it.

This was an upgrade for me. Works as well as the k500 in my opinion. I've only had it for a month but no complaints so far. Also the regular k cups seem to fit this one. My fiancé uses it and loves it.
