I'm the only coffee drinker in the house, so something like this is perfect for me. After a year of moderate use and keeping up with cleanings and filter changes, it still works as well today as it did the day I bought it.

I love everything about this unit. The only issue is that you can't make a larger cup more the 12 oz. The carafe should have been insulated. They make an optional one. Must buy separetly.

I enjoy the coffee and other beverages that we can purchase for this coffee brewer. Also, great selection of K-Cups for this coffee maker.

Not impressed at all. Spent first week trying to ger rid of the plastic smell and taste and by second week water stopped coming through it. Called Keurig about plastic issue and they said to go buy cleaning kit- why would i do that for a new machine?? Also- the choices for ounces was weird. I have used Keurigs that fill a mug or even a travel one. This has choices from 4 oz-10 oz which is not very much... So the convenience is lost because you have to run it through again to try to fill it up and hope it doesn't overflow!

i switched over from a tassimo because it was getting hard to buy pod in stores. I like the latte's from there and Keurig just stated selling them. and it was a great deal

I love it! I didn't give it 5 starts because it does clog often which at time can be frustrating. Other than that I enjoy it I make coffe and tea just fine

Great gift for my son and his wife. They always wanted one. And now there's a coffee pot with it. They are in heaven.

Love that we can bed for multiple people at once and also love that the reservoir holds a lot of water. Reccommened!

This is a beautiful life changer, so many options you can do with this machine. You want soup? Just pop in Campbell's pod. You want tea? Bam another pod. You won't be disappointed.

My machine came in and when i went to make a cup of coffee it tasted like plastic and would drip drop by drop so slowly then stop after a few drops.

I wish I would have brought one a long time ago. I looked at all of the different sizes and versions and this model fit my needs to best. No more wasting coffee and it is quick.

Wanted the color changing lighted one but wasn't in stock. But still works fine. Sucks that it needs special keurig cups or won't work

The unit works great make sure you don't use flavors until you go through water twice just to make the taste you not smell and taste like cleaner or plastic taste lol

I bought this for my husband since he drinks coffee everyday. My only issue is that not every k cup fits only Keurig brand reads

LOVE IT!!! Best thing since sliced bread. Clean and quick it works well and have not had a problem. I have since bought another one for my office.... THANK YOU KEURIG!

I got this to replace a Special Edition brewer and was not disappointed at all!! We use it for coffee, hot chocolate, and tea and they all have a great, strong flavor.

The carafe of coffee is a plus but only gives 4-5 cups. My old Keurig would make a large mug of coffee but this one is set by the details of the size of K-cup and for all the k-cups we have only goes up to 10 oz so end up having to run again to fill the mug. The software that requires you to use Keurig approved k-cups is also annoying, although easily overridden by using a foil from top of another k-cup.

Keurig I bought 3 years ago started brewing on its own. This one was a great one to replace it. Even better when you have enough certificates to pay for it.

Great product! We use this every morning and it works great. I would recommend this product for a gift or personal use.

I was very disappointed with this product! The carafe is made of plastic and does not keep your coffee warm. It immediately gets cold if you don't drink it right away. We also had a problem with the brewing of the coffee itself. It would dribble out very slowly and would barely make half a cup. We tried using it a few times to see if things would change, but we decided to return it due to our dissatisfaction. I'm not sure if all the 2.0s are like this but we were definitely not fans of it.
