Great value compared to the K550/K550, which only adds a night light and slightly larger reservoir. My K450/K400 I purchased had a glitch where it would not brew carafe size quantities (kept asking for more water). With one 5 minute call to Keurig, they shipped me an entirely new / complete K400 brewer via 2-day air. Side note: For those of us who were unsure what the "50" means in the name, it indicates that a bunch of accessories will come with the unit whereas the x00 model only is the brewer.

Nice to wake up to the smeel of a fresh brewed coffe made instantly. A lot of variety of coffe,teas and a lot more drinks. Thanks, keurig, for the free pods for this review.

What a great upgrade from the Keurig Elite of yesteryear. The K-Carafe offers me the perfect Keurig brew to fill my thermos with for the day. Love this "Koffee" Brewer!

My boyfriend asked for this coffee maker for Christmas, to be an upgrade from his original Keurig. There are some features that I love (and dislike) on the new system. I can brew my coffee and teas with a "Strong" setting, but I can only dispense 6 oz of hot water at a time if I just want hot water. I cannot use fresh ground coffee from home. I HAVE to use the k-cups. There are currently no after-market options to use.

This is my second Keurig, I updated from the Elite to the Keurig 2.0, and I love it. My husband and I are the only coffee drinkers at home and the Keurig is perfect for us, but the downside was when we had company over it was time consuming making everyone a cup of coffee. But with the new Keurig 2.0, I was super excited to be able to make a pot of coffee for my guests and not missing out on any good conversations...thanks Keurig for this amazing machine...and...Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Exceeds expections of the basic keurig coffee maker. Purchased as a gift for my mom and she loves it! Pretty easy to set up & work.

Once i got it out of the box, i was able to set it up easily. Brews good. Taste great! Both myself and my wife love it!

you can use all k cups with this machine you just have to take,the top of the coded lid tape,it to whatever one you want to use and presto it works...makes great coffee also you can use the,10oz setting if you want more coffee in your cup and it leaves space for if you want cream or not...brews coffee for me in under a minute not sure what people are doing that it takes them 5 min

this keurig is very good, it makes coffee well.....

Wife & I love our 2.0. It's great for the weekdays when we have work. Instead of making a full pot we just use the k cups. Carafe cups over the weekend when we're not running around. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review

Bought this a couple Months ago, and at first we were really happy with the machine. We found a re-usable coffee pod that worked, and everything seemed to be fine until a few weeks ago. The pump went out and would only brew a few drops of water. Luckily we had the warranty and took it to the store for a replacement. The store had one left and we took it home. It brewed fine for one day then the pump completely went out again. The store was out of stock and most of the other stores around us were also out of stock, probably because people keep returning it for a replacement, so now we are without any coffee. We plan on returning it for a full credit and purchasing a different machine. I would not buy this again or recommend it to anyone. It is a piece of garbage!!!

Although the coffee is not bad from this product, you cannot use any other brand coffee from it, nor can you make your own coffee. I bought this and then returned it for this reason. I then tried a k45 because you can make your own coffee from it. The k45's coffee is not as good as my 10 year old Bunn's coffee. I also had to deal with customer service from Bunn. What a fright. I emailed them and they got back to me in a week and told me to call. Customer service will blame the store or you, but will not help you in the least. My Keurig just sits there and is not used.

Bought this for the wife for Christmas and she uses it daily. It does what it's supposed to do. I'm not a coffee drinker but the hot chocolate is good, I can appreciate having instant hot water at my disposal.

I was a little hesitant after some of the bad reviews but I've had no problems with this coffee maker. Works as advertised and you can't beat the selection of coffee.

I received my Keurig 2.0 for christmas and I love it! on the weekdays when I'm going to work I use the single serve K-cups and on weekends I make a whole Carafe. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review

I had an older keurig which became clogged and keurig sent me the newer model at no cost. Great company that truly sticks but their warranty.

I actually have two Keurigs. One at home and one at the office. I use them both daily. Huge selection of beverages to suit everyone's taste or want. Very satisfied.

Replaced an old Keurig with a this models. Old one we had held more water but this one does fine.

Only reason why this product received four stars from me is because you are unable to brew your own ground coffee like you were able to do in the older models. Not a big deal just a small nuisance. Keurig has partnered with many coffee companies and offer a wide range of K-cups. This Keurig automatically recognizes the type of k-cup put in the system and brews the perfect cup of coffee every day. I have had this system for about a week now and I am not disappointed.
