Great product!!! The only annoyance is that not all k-cups are compatible; and there is not a single serve reusable cup to use for the 5 pounds of coffee grounds I have left over from my previous coffee maker. Bummer!!!

The unit takes twice as long to make coffee then my older Keurig machine and is twice as load. Water pump makes too much noise and sounds like to is ready to fall apart. Do not buy this piece of junk, buy the model that came out before the 2.0. That model is a much better machine.

I loved my Platinum brewer and never had a problem with it. These new brewers are not very consumer friendly. After descaling with the recommended Keurig descaling liquid, the brewer tells me it is time to descale!? The customization opportunities are very good however. Great that I can get hot water for anything I need, from 4 oz to 12 oz, in 2 oz increments. The need for "Keurig approved k cups" is the only thing I did not like at first. But pretty much every k cup available in retail has made this painless by now. The carafe is nothing special, make sure to expect to use the contents within 20 minutes of brewing so it will be warm. Using the carafe pods for the carafe itself is not necessary and they are becoming scarce. You have to set up for using a k cup like a normal brewing then slide the carafe under the unit to drip into the carafe. There is a sensor where the carafe hooks into the unit that will scold you into using a carafe pod if you slide it into position before brewing. It makes consistent coffee. If you can put up with the descale messages and actually descale it once every few months then there is no major problem with this unit.

I really don't see much difference then my old keurig/vue. It should have more of a variety of cup sizes.

Works great! Replaced my old school coffee maker with this and I'm glad I did.

Our old version lasted us about 7 years. This one has all the bells and whistles though. The only thing I would say I do not like about this version is that you can't turn it off unless you refill the water. It'll blink and tell you to add water. If you don't it'll just keep blinking and you can't shut it off. Otherwise, it's a great coffee machine.

I've owned 2 other keurigs before and both completely broke down within a year. Although I was leary to buy another one, Best Buy offered up an excellent warranty to go along with this purchase. I do love the ease and user friendly design of the keurig, and this one meets all expectations.

Within a week the pump motor died, went on Bestbuy website to find that the closest Keurig 450 was in Mass. and that they would have to order another one. Other than the pump dying it was good. I would still recommend it.

I was able to have 2 (small) cups of coffee before this unit broke. The reason I say small, is that you can only make up to a 10oz cup of coffee with a K cup. That is a small cup of coffee. If you want a larger cup of coffee you have to use the K Mug cup, which are more expensive (almost a dollar a cup). Also, if you buy any K cups that do not have the Keurig logo, they will not work in this machine. Do yourself a favor and buy a different machine (non-Keurig). Pros: NONE Cons: Cheap build quality, Very limited coffee size with K cups and can only use K cups with Keurig logo.

For those of you who use Keurig coffee brewers DO NOT purchase their new 2.0 brewers. The new machines will ONLY brew the new (higher priced) K-cups. Even if you have older (pre July 2014) designated Keurig K-cups they WILL NOT work. Also, you will no longer be able to grind your own beans & use a My K-cup EVER AGAIN. Their marketing has deigned that customizing your own coffee with your own beans is not a feature the majority of customers want. Also, any non-Keurig pods will NOT work (ie store brand). LARGE coffee cups will not work; the largest size the new models will brew is 10oz with a standard pod. You can use the special, larger (even more $$) pods for their crate or your larger cup.

I love my keurig it is the best gift ever upgraded from the keurig mini and the 2.0 is a nice upgrade thanks to my wife for a great Christmas gift

I love this machine. I had the smaller version(350) and I gave it away to get this one and I love this one even more. I can change the color, set the time I want to start brewing, and select the size and strength that I like.

A good machine for the cost, but a little disappointed that the new 2.0 keurigs no longer offer the mug size option for regular kcups.

I love my coffee maker! The only thing is that it doesn't do the hot water on demand like the K500 does. But overall, it's great!

Great product! We use this every morning and it works great. I would recommend this product for a gift or personal use.

like a lot of other reviewers have said online, the coffee/tea/water from this tastes plasticy... even after thorough washing of the water holder, running multiple clean cycles with water; we can still taste the plastic in our beverages... total disappointment!. will be returning it to the store

I purchased two New Keurig 2.0 machines less than a year ago, and gave them out as gifts. Both of the Gift receivers have advised me that the machines have quit working. I have had Keurig Machines for about 5 or 6 years, and the older machines are still working. This new one is junk.
