Very easy to setup and you have coffee in seconds.

So easy to use. Option for hot water is great since there's always a conflict of tea over coffee at the house. I don't have to spend much time if I'm running late and want some coffee. Takes a couple of seconds and out comes a fresh cup of a variety of flavors. Best gift for coffee lovers.

I got my dad the first Keurig but it the pump went out. Thankfully I had Geek Squad Protection and got it replaced with this model. This model allows a lot more customization of your cup of coffee. I really like the 'strong' cup mode with is a slower drip and makes a strong frothy cup of coffee.

Best purchase I made!! Absolutely in love with this product not only is it convenient to have is also saving me money I no longer have to stop for coffee every morning. And the auto save feature is a plus for me you don't have to keep it on all day just tap the power button when you need it.

Very easy to use!! Choose 4oz, 8oz, and 10oz for your drinking pleasure. It has a dial indicator that shows when you should change the filter and light flashes when you need to add water. We are so happy with our purchase!!

This is my first keurig and I absolutely LOVE it. I know it previously got a lot of bad reviews because it didn't have the my kcup but it does now so all is well in world again. If you're looking for an upgrade on your keurig or just your first one I think this one is perfect.

This is the best gift, I have bought for myself in a long time! This coffeemaker is so easy and fun...............and so delicious! I had to then purchase another one for my daughter to enjoy! She loves hers, also! Thank you, Best Buy, for a great product and a great price!!

Purchased as a gift and because I had already bought numerous Keurig k cup packages with 36 various flavors at a great discount. Little did I know they were discounted because they wouldn't work in the 2.0. Extremely upset I called Keurig and they made things right. GF uses daily and I find that although the coffee is consistent and great tasting, if you are a cream and sugar type person and you screw up there's no fixing it unless you make another cup. However you pay the price because they are expensive on a per cup basis vs ground coffee. You might actually waste less coffee since you make only what you drink. So for me I'm still in the experimentation phase. Time will only tell AND when the product I have runs out, if it will outlive it's novelty!

After having my old Keurig for 4 years, I decided to buy a new one. The old one gave me zero trouble until the very end where it got *stuck* mid-brew and I had to whack it to restart. That got tired quick. The new one started exhibiting the same behavior just a few weeks in, so I followed their online troubleshooting videos to no avail and then called them. They talked me through an extra-thorough pin cleaning really jamming a paperclip in to clear the pins and it worked. For a week. Then got jammed again. Then again a week later. But not since and it's been a few weeks. My theory is it has something to do with the carafe packs because after using the samples I stopped using them, but I can't be sure. Anyway, it's running well now using just the one cup packs.

This product is great, easy to use, and versatile! You are able to easily make single servings of coffees, teas, and other assorted drinks and quickly switch to a carafe for multiple servings. This was a great holiday gift and investment for the household.

Makes your life so much easier with this machine. You can take out the stress to make coffee or tea in your morning routine because this will fix that :)))) even when you have guests because it can make coffee upto 4 cups at a time! And very quick too.

Great coffee maker for office. Easy to use and allow everyone their choice in coffee. Only negative is not being able to use off brand K-cups. There is a way around this, but that should not be necessary.

Very convenient which is why I bought. I actually was shopping for a smaller model, but Best Buy had a great price on this model, so I bought it. It's a little bulkier than I would like, but still ok.

This is by far the best coffeemaker I have ever used. It's easy to use and clean. The water reservoir has a flip top so you can refill it without detaching it from the rest of the coffeemaker. I love that it has different cup size options.

I like this Keurig 2.0 because it has a way to program it so it has hot water first thing in the morning without waiting. Plus it has a carafe now that we can have coffee for 2 people right away.

I have purchased 5 Keurig coffee makers since 2009. They are all still in use with friends and family. This machine is my favorite so far. Keurig just keeps getting better. This machine turns on and heats up quickly. Absolutely love it.

Great for making that to go mug in the morning, so you can get it quick without wasting a whole pot. It is also great for for the late day cup, or evening hot water for tea/hot chocolate.

We replaced an older model which was starting to make noise after several years. The new model works well and it is nice to have the option of making a Carafe. Also, having it warm up in the morning so there is no delay is convenient.

I go thru approximately 2-3 coffee machines a year and so far I do not have one complaint about Keurig .love the fact it is soooo easy to use a cup or carafe .. only downside is the carafe does not keep coffee hot ... warm yes hot no

Water does not get hot enough. Have to put in microwave after adding milk. Carafe is great if you drink entire content immediately. Would be great if carafe was made of metal or glass and machine had a hot plate to keep coffee hot.
