An 8 pack is a week and a day worth of coffee. Will probably buy a carafe pod I can put my own blend in. But these are convenient when you need to make a whole pot.

The flavor was good and as consistent as the small single serve pods.

It's not MY personal favorite, but it's ubiquitous in taste. When I want my favorite coffee I make a single cup. When making the carafe I want everyone to drink it, and not get up to make special cups for people. This does the trick!
