I've been using Keurig for my coffee for a lot of years. I have stayed with that brand and just upgraded each time. This one was no upgrade. It was constantly having to be rinsed and descaled. There is a filter screen they don't tell you about. The manual is a joke. After cleaning, descaling, spending money on spring water, purifies water and zero water pitcher...and I was still only getting a quarter to a half cup of coffee...and forget trying to get cold coffee, we took it back.

I initially liked this Keurig because it brewed faster than the previous Keurig. Shortly after, every time I turned around someone wasn't working right on it. It was used at work for a group of around 10 employees. We couldn't enjoy it because something was always wrong with it.

I bought this coffee machine about a year and three months ago. Around two months ago, it started having problems during brewing—it stops on its own and doesn’t dispense the amount of coffee selected in the settings. We’ve already cleaned it and followed all the recommended maintenance, and it works for a short time before acting up again. It’s far too expensive for how little it lasts, and unfortunately, the manufacturer’s warranty is only one year.

This was delivered fast with no issues. I don’t know how well it works yet since it’s a Christmas gift.

I bought it January 3, because my last Keurig crapped out. So I went with the good one. Well, I thought it was the good one but here we are not even five months later and another Keurig crapped out. Very disappointed. I’ve done all the fixes I have Clean the needles, I have done the descaling… Multiple times. It still does not work. The same thing happened with my last Keurig. No matter what I did it did not work. What a waste of money. Now I have to buy a new coffee maker

Best purchase for me in a long time. This machine works great. It does both hot and cold coffee. I prefer iced coffee and this makes it just like the coffee places. It doesn't melt the ice either. This works perfectly for our family since it does both hot and cold.

Bought this for may parents for Christmas.February 7th it broke. And it’s too late for me to return product. Unless I bought the extra 30$ bs protection plan. There isn’t much to a kurig it’s a insta-hot and a k cup holder. How do you mess that up?
