I haven't opened the one i bought because it is for my husband's Christmas gift, but I have this exact one at work and have been using it for 3 years. I haven't uswd another Keurig besides the K-Cafe, so i don't have another to compare with. I especially love this because of the frother. Makes you feel like you have a fancy drink. You can heat your milk/creamer or you can push the cool button and it won't heat. That's what I do so that my coffee isn’t too hot.

I can’t explain how it’s work for me I work early morning I have to drink tea or coffee and I m very lazy to make coffee one day I decide I will bye coffee machine and I found this machine and make for easier my day

I orig saw this on one of the influencers I follow on YouTube. She had the all stainless steel one. The price at that time was too expensive for me. So I kept watching and the price went down. I scooped it up and love it. This is my second keurig machine, so this was an upgrade.

I love the machine, it has a nice water tank, and since it has a built-in frothy milk attachment, I adore it. The only thing I reproach him for is that I can't make coffee and milk at the same time, it's time to wait for one to finish for the other to start. The design is very beautiful and decorative.

Great product! When we bought our original one we purchased the extended warranty and when ours stopped working we were able to replace it with no hassles. It’s an awesome coffee machine.

I purchased this machine because I like espresso, but I love the versatility of having different flavored pods. The coffee is definitely not strong enough for me, even using the strongest setting, but it's a good machine that works well. The milk frother is very good, but does take a while. The one thing that bothers me is that you cannot stop the flow of coffee with this machine by pressing any buttons. therefore, if you want a stronger coffee you have to switch it off while it is pumping.

I like so far it very easy to use i like the color black and silver the coffee tested really good

Was so excited to start making lattes and cappachinos for my wifey! They are delicious and really easy to make. The frother is amazing and the k cafe is so quiet. Can't wait to make night caps ; )

We bought for my husband gift hes love it simple and perfect to make latte, my kids love the foam.

I use this Keurig every day, sometimes twice a day. Had for about a year now. Milk frother heats up very fast, neat magnetic frother in bottom and easy to clean, froth is a nice touch to add for some extra luxury when guests arrive. Would have liked a bigger water sidecar or an automatic water fill hookup option but works fine. Takes up some space but overall very pleased, looks great and nice quality that is holding up to the test of time.

Bought this because my wife wanted to be able to make lattes at home. She loves it and I do too. Very easy to do. Have tried both hot and cold froth settings and both come out amazing. Better off you get it while on sale.

I love this machine! It’s probably not for espresso enthusiasts because of the kcup limitations, but if you get a really bold dark roast, it’s pretty darn close and so much more economical than going to Starbucks. The steam frother works well for real milk products, hit or miss on soy, oat, almond etc. I bought a separate hand frother for $15 and problem solved.

I am not a huge coffee drinker. But my significant other is. He drinks coffee everyday and loves this machine. He lives alone and his fridge is always empty but now he has milk so he can make his cappuccinos! We love this so much!

My husband surprised me with this Keurig model. I was always trying to froth milk to make my own coffee shop style drinks. This machine makes it easy! It has whipped and warmed everything I’ve tried so far. Half and half, almond milk, and even refrigerated creamers. It doesn’t have a clock or fancy screen but it heats up quickly and produces a great product.

Love this coffee machine. I watched some YouTube videos and now I can make Starbucks at home. I’ve made hot and cold drinks and they taste great. And the best part, I can tweak the drinks to my taste.

It’s been a while since we purchased a Keurig. This one was pricey but I’m glad we bought it! Ingenious foamer without the use of steam. Even the picky coffee drinkers in my house are happy with the end result. Looks good alongside our stainless steel appliances, too. We’ve only had it for a week (April 2020), so I can’t yet speak to longevity as mentioned in other reviews...

My previous expresso machine stopped working. I was looking for a coffee machine that could make latte's. This Special Edition Keurig can do the job. Coffee, Latte's, and Cappuccino's are simple and easy to make. In fact the latte's taste better than the more expensive expresso machine I previously had.

This is the best! I love that I get to make my own caramel macchiato in the morning. This product basically pays for itself. Every time I make one I save money by not going to Starbucks. Thank you for making a product that’s easy to use. One con. The water top. It needs a handle or something to prevent it from falling in the tank. I’ve done it several times. Especially when I’m in a hurry.
