    Here's the thing, this machine makes a wonderful cup of coffee but that is about it. I paid extra to have a frother and it doesnt do much. I have tried different kinds of milk, both in type and fat content to no avail. I always get creamy bubbly milk, no actual foam.

    Just like any other Keurig. Nothing special for me but I do like being able to select brew option without having to wait for water to heat. I can select and walk away. That's about it for myself. I always wish that water tems would be closer to boiling.

    Stopped brewing after only 2 months. Won't descale. Best Buy order says not returnable, even though it's a defective product. What a waste of a lot of money.

    Only give it a 3 start because I have to return the first one and get a new one which in term need to buy another warranty. I don't know why best buy did that since the product wasn't even a 2 months old. The replacement works great and drink my latte and cappuccino every day.

    Defective Frother

    I loved the machine and it was easy to use, but the frother stopped working after only having it two weeks. I'm going to try buying another unit and hope I have better luck with it. This was on sale when I got it so, I'm going to have to wait until it goes on sale again. I was disappointed that the store clerk said I couldn't order a replacement unit at the same price I paid previously if it was no longer on sale. That doesn't seem fair. Best Buy is not losing any money in replacing my defective unit I paid for it most recently. Not sure I understand the logic in that purchase rule.
