I paid extra to have a frother and it doesnt do much. I have tried different kinds of milk, both in type and fat content to no avail. I always get creamy bubbly milk, no actual foam.

Nothing special for me but I do like being able to select brew option without having to wait for water to heat. I can select and walk away. That's about it for myself. I always wish that water tems would be closer to boiling.

It's Crap

Good Product

I don't know why best buy did that since the product wasn't even a 2 months old. The replacement works great and drink my latte and cappuccino every day.
