    Makes coffee fine. But lacking in some areas. The water reservoir is too too small. Not tall enough for larger mugs. And the frother only half way whips the milk. Overall, I wish I'd have just purchased the smallest version of just the coffee maker.

    Good for making regular coffee, try different type of milks, but still not frothing milk at all, just heat up the milk ONLY, Very disappointed if you are buying just for cappuccino or latte.I’m just lazy to return the coffee maker.

    I really like the idea, but this machine pours out water once every few weeks when we turn it on. It's past it's warranty, so we just have to deal with it when it happens. I wish it an auto on, which my old keurig had.

    Love the latte froth feature

    Within 2 weeks of purchase there was a malfunction of the K-cup holder, which became jammed in the half closed - half open position. Plastic holder broke while speaking to a Kerug representative about how to remendy ..... Replacement unit being shipped .

    Love the coffee maker part but can never get the frother to work right, tried different milks and different things but still wouldn't froth. Customer service was very helpful and even sent me a new frother but still have the same problem.

    Bought this back in July for half off. The froth machine now does not produce foam in the milk as prior. Nothing fancy about the machine either. Lastly, I would never consider paying full price for this.

    My husband wanted this system to replace our ninja and frankly I’m not a fan... unlike my ninja it does not have a ice brew setting so if you want an ice coffee it’s very weak. The only thing I like about it is the latte setting

      We appreciate your feedback on the K-Café coffee maker. Our Coffee Makers do not dispense cold beverages however, brewing over ice is easy! You can use any of your favorite pods: Fill a 16-oz cup with ice and place under brewer (do not use glass), choose the 6-oz. or 8-oz. option on your K-Café and brew directly over ice, stir and enjoy!     The products is ok. I purchased it because of the frother. Sometimes the frother works well, others not so much. If you want a consistent texture for your drinks this isn't the machine to use.

    Frother Issue

    I had purchased one previously and the frother stopped working about two weeks after I got it. Well, this machine is not meant for me. I liked it some much, I elected to get another one. The frother didn't work for me on this one either. The frother unit would spin, but not make any froth. So, so disappointed in my luck with this machine. I saw some of the past reviews about frother issues, but wanted to take a chance. It's really nice, if it works for you.

    I was very disappointed when I used it for the first time. Not the quality I was expecting sorry. I actually returned it and stayed with my old Keurig Machine that is way better.

    The main problem I see with this product is the water is not kept hot. It heats it before each use which doesn’t take long but is a change of you are switching from an older model of keurig.

    I have had this for maybe 3 months not and tbh I feel like i could have gotten a better one the coffee marker started to make a strange noise sometimes it burns my coffee if I could return it I would

    Not to much space on my kitchen

    Keurig has been doing a really good job with coffee makers but this one was to big and I hadn’t enough space on my kitchen. After a couple days I bought another Keurig coffee maker but smaller

    Did a good amount of research before buying Keurig K-Cup and was excited to finally decide on it. It worked great the first 2 weeks and not it's not brewing. The water keeps running (cold) when it's on. I youtubed how to reset - which is disconnecting it and tapping it while it's upside down. It worked the 1st time but now that it's doing it again and I tried the "fix", it's now working and water just keeps running. I just wanted my coffee this morning and didn't want to have to run out to get it. Additionally, now I have to bring back my Keurig to the store.

    Since my family has always loved cappuccino, many years ago, we bought a really expensive cappuccino maker. You practically needed a degree in chemistry to operate it; it was noisy, complicated and scary. Everyone was afraid of it and after about a year of it sitting on the counter gathering dust, I dumped it in the recycling. Well, Keurig has changed everything, and cappuccinos and lattes are now as EASY to make as they are flavorful. EVERY button on the coffeemaker is clearly labeled, it’s really hard to go wrong. If you want to froth milk, you pour it in the stainless-steel cup to the line indicated and push either “LATTE” or CAPP”. That’s it. Everything is automatic. The milk is heated to the proper temperature, the frother starts and the unit signals when it’s done. You then put in your K-cup, push the “LATTE & CAPP” button and you get a shot of coffee. Pour the milk over it and it’s like what you get at the expensive coffee shops. If you want an iced drink, press the “COLD” button before the others and the unit will froth the milk without heating. Everything is done for you. The K-Café can absolutely replace the Keurig you have in your kitchen now because it also makes a great cup of REGULAR coffee, in fact it’s even easier than past models because of its “smart start” feature. You NO longer have to power the coffee maker on, WAIT a minute or two for it to heat up and THEN push the brew button. With this model, you turn it on, lift the lid and place the K-Cup pod in the pod holder, close it and immediately select the ‘coffee’ button, the size of the cup you’re using and then push the brew button. Brewing will automatically start all by itself after the water is hot. Clean up is super easy, the frother and its parts can be placed in the top rack of your dishwasher. Bottom line here, if you always wanted a machine like this and were intimidated, the K-Café is for you. You’ll make amazing coffee drinks and absolutely no science degree is required.
