Just a Wisk ... mixes milk/heats

Doesn't hold nearly as much water in reservoir as my Keurig of 10 years .. sad on/off rocker switch broke!

Disappointed coffee drinker

I was wrong , it worked nicely at first then the frothing cup started glitching out , I can think of better ways to throw my money away , the only reason I gave it two stars is it looks nice.

Never worked completely from first use.

Brews coffee fine. Frother never worked. Neither for hot or cold, latte or cappuccino. Depending on solution I may update but not happy that a machine didn't work completely from day one.

Worked awesome 3 weeks!

Made 3 lattes a day. So easy. But today the milk frother stopped frothing. We are so upset. And annoyed. Hopefully keurig will replace it. But besides that we loved it. Until today :(

The frother is nothing special makes very little froth used it once and I don’t think I’ll ever use it again lol. I needed another keurig for my office so picked his one up for sale$99 bucks it’s ok I guess

Don't waste your money

About a month after I bought it, it stop flowing. I called Keurig and they told me this was a known problem and to take a paper clip and clean out the needle, which I did. I use only filtered water since there is no filter option with it. Then it started happening after about every 3 uses. I clean the needed every time and it starts working again. Now it happens after every use. I'm not even going to try it any more. I don't want to have to take a paper clip and clean out the needle every time I want to brew coffee. I'm glad I kept my reliable Cuisinart as it has filters and I've had about 5 years and never had an issue. I'm done with the Keurig brand coffee makers.

Does not work

The 1st one the the coffee maker potion did not work. The 2nd one's Frothier portion hardly works. I will probably return and get my money back. What are the odds that I get 2 defective machines.

Very disappointed customer...

No clock falsely Advertised

Most of the time it doesn't froth the milk, heck it doesn't even spin. I'm looking at returning it. Reading multiple reviews many have the same issue.

Keurig Coffee Maker / Espresso

Frother stopped working

It's not really what it's advertised to be
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been a huge Keurig fan ever since they first came out but then switched over to Nespresso a couple of years ago because I like the stronger espresso's and the milk frother. I was excited to get this new Keurig machine to see if it could compare, sadly it does not. First, let's talk about the machine. Design wise, it is unlike any other Keurig I have seen. My old one was the K475 and they do not compare. This new one is really a beautiful appliance. It does not look or feel like cheap plastic. There are some heavier metal accents that really make this look and feel like a high end machine. The instructions are easy and there are various brew sizes to choose from as well as a latte/capp option. Since they are marketing this as a cappuccino/latte maker, that is how I am judging it. As a coffee maker it is just as good as any other Keurig. When making a latte or capp, the machine has a shot option which brews a stronger, more concentrated shot of coffee. This is not espresso, there is no crema, it's just more concentrated coffee. It tastes like whatever brand of K-Cup you are using. It just isn't the same as espresso from a cafe or a Nespresso. The milf frother part of the machine is fantastic. It is steel and feels high end and does an amazing job. It is easy to clean and I love the way Keurig incorporated it into the device. The problem is since you are brewing from a K-Cup, the drink just tastes like regular coffee with steamed milk. If you are not used to drinking espresso and want a "latte effect", I suppose you would like this machine. It's beautifully designed and looks great on my kitchen counter, it just isn't a real latte/cappuccino.

Horrible Product

After only a few months it completely shuts down when starting to brew. It just completely powers off. The first time it was still under the product warranty. It took almost a year for Keurig to send a new one. Now that replacement has done the same exact thing. Not worth the money and frustration.
