    The foam mechanism actually works. Brews a great cup of coffee, not perfect, but a great cup. Especially considering the ease of clean up vs a pro espresso and foam machine. 80% as good as a professional setup.

    I purchased this to replace my Tassimo coffee machine which is 10 years old. This machine is not worth the money, the coffee is not good and I will be returning this.

We've generally found that lower fat milks, such as skim, produce the most froth. Also, freshly opened milk tends to froth better than it does as it ages. We hope this information is helpful!     I bought this coffee maker and with in a year the milk steamer stoped working. Had it replaced and the first time I used the milk steamer it didn't work. The rest of the coffee maker worked well. Not satisfied at all I paid more money to get the steamer.

    The coffe comes out like any Keurig coffeemaker however the milk comes out flat no foam so a cappuccino on this coffeemaker is nothing like a normal espresso cappuccino old coffee maker so my opinion is not worth the money.

    Trips electrical braker on newer houses

    keeps triping our breaker when plugged in. Was told houses that are newer have been experiencing this with the newer models of keurig. Had to return it and get another one only for it to the the same thing.

    Great idea. Unfortunately the product only provides a half of cup of coffee. 6 oz tops. I have tried two and they are both that way. Be careful trying to return them to the store. You will get docked. Unreal.

    We’ve been using the Ninja Coffee bar for a couple of years. It’s very nice for our daily coffee but there are the pesky grounds to empty and the pot to wash. If I want froth, I have to dirty a container to heat the milk in the microwave before frothing. I’m retired. My goal in life is to do only what I want to. We decided to try the Keurig k-cup. The hardest thing was to decide what k-cups, brand and flavor, to buy. Set up was just plug it in and fill the reservoir. I’m not particularly fond of the look since it doesn’t have the same stainless finish of my other appliances but no big deal. I miss having some kind of digital display. But it’s “keep it simple”. Now we each get to pick whatever flavor we are in the mood for, pop in the k-cup, chose coffee, strong, and the amount, for us 12 ozs. It’s great. The coffee is way hotter than the Ninja. In fact that has been our biggest challenge, waiting for it to cool enough to drink. The frother worked beautifully, hot and frothy for our first pumpkin spice latte. The coffee is good but the best is no more pots to wash or grounds to empty. We are loving our Kuerig.

    I have previously owned two other Keurig machines and this one is pretty much the same. It is a good item but nothing about it really stood out to me. While it does do some extra things, such as it warms up milk so that you can have froth on top of your latte or cappuccino , it isn't a huge difference from previous machines. I like the item and will continue to use it but it doesn't do anything new enough to where I would say you should definitely buy this item over the other models available to purchase. It works exactly as expected, was easy to put together, and the instructions were easy to understand. One downside is that there were no k-cups that came with the machine. In the past when I have got a Keurig machine, there are 2 or 3 k-cups included with the machine so the consumer can try it out right away. It works exactly the way I expected but doesn't really add enough new things to the product for me to be excited about the product. Based on the two other Keurig machines I have used, this product will likely last for quite some time. I have never had a Keurig machine break down on me before and I expect this one to last just as long.

    These things are junk, this is the third one I’ve owned in less than six months , the machine keeps shutting down in the middle of making a cup. Stay away!!

    Caught on fire the 2nd time I used it. The wiring started smoking and could have caught my house on fire if I had not been home. Product was defective.

    I bought this just days before christmas as a gift. We used the frother maybe a dozen times and as of 1.8.2021 it quit working. I would not recommend. I bought because I believed the keurig to be quality.

    The first one I purchased caught on fire. I called Keurig and they sent me a replacement. The replacement works great. I love it.

    I bought this Keurig to replace the one I had. I returned this Keurig. I made coffee and used my travel mug to go to work and an hour later my coffee was cold and the lattes were awful.

    But this is the greatest coffee machine I have ever owned and looks great on the counter. It has a rich expensive look to it. Like all Keurig products your assured of a cup of fresh coffee in every cup. Unlike my previous Keurig there was zero plastic smell or taste to disapate before you could enjoy a great cup of coffee. And the intergrated milk frother for making specialty drinks is awesome. Having a Keurigs before this one all but put the coffee houses out of buisness as far as I was concerned. And now I can see no reason to even stop in for a Latte or occasional cappuccino. I can make at home for about 60 cents what they charge 5 bucks for in a coffee shop. The only dislikes I have is that the reservoir is small compared to previous models and there is no timer to set for an auto on at a desired time. But Im sure i will get accustomed to that and it really does heat up quickly anyway.
