It is not dispensing water. Very upset sinc rita been less than a year since i bought it.

All Keurig owners please recycle your k-cups, it’s only $8-$12 to buy the cup cutter online and you can recycle the plastic of your k-cup! I love my keurig, this is my first purchase of one actually and I specifically got this one because of the frother and it was affordable for having that feature! I just really wanted the stainless steel one and when I was looking to buy. The black one was $60 cheaper (on sale) than the silver (it was regular price) but still even their retail prices are a $20 difference and I noticed when one is on sale the other isn’t. Now the stainless steel one is only $20 more than what I bought the black one for a month ago and I like my kitchen appliances to match (I know that’s a little extra but that’s just me). I have dark granite counter tops so I have no complaints on how it looks now but wish they were priced the same to pick the one you want and not necessarily go for the cheaper option because let’s be honest they are the exact same thing so why does color have to change the price? Other than my little OCD color coordination, I love this keurig. It does what it states it does, and I love that they are now making Tea K Cups to brew them like coffee instead of having to take the tea bag with me in my cup out the house! Also very easy to clean and set up! I did recommend it to two friends already!

Being loyal Keurig users, my wife and I were quite pleased with our original Keurig. Then we moved, and our moving company decided to smash it to smithereens. Looking back, this may have been the best thing to happen! As we were then offered this special edition to review. First off, the machine itself is a beauty. It is being called 'Nickle" but it is much closer to stainless steel. Which, matches our new appliances. Some (welcome!) changes from our original machine which I quite enjoy are the "strong" button that can make your cup a little bit stronger than before. And obviously the milk frother. To be honest, I have yet to use milk in it! I thought, "why not try some of the sweet cream Intl delight creamer in it". And wouldn't you know it! It frothed it right on up into wonderful coffee-house quality. And added to my strong coffee made a wonderful latte! Some might think that the frother is just added as a gimmick or isn't high quality - I can be the first to tell you that neither is the case. Obviously the machine can also make cappuccinos which are just as delicious! Want an extra shot (or two?) The Keurig has you covered. This is honestly the most versatile and easy to use Keurig I've had the pleasure to own. It does SO much more than my previously owned model.

This machine has made life so much easier! As a family we have loved the journey of learning how to make many different drinks together!

Greatest appliance since I picked up a Sous-vide cooker! I am a heavy soda drinker and would like to get to black coffee but in steps. So for now it's latte and 2% milk. I hate cleaning stuff so the frother is great for ease of cleaning and the whole idea is a great one. I hope the designer got a fat bonus. The only thing I'd improve on is the small writing next to the lights on the top of the unit. Not enough contrast with the nickel color and tiny writing. I also use distilled water to keep any mineral build-up. It doesn't really cost much since for lattes not much water is used per cup.

This new coffee maker looks really good. The feel however seems like the cheap plastic Keurig typically uses. It has more aesthetics than anything else. That does not bother me, but it may affect some. The machine works really well. I have brewed standard coffee with no issues as expected. I then brewed a latte with frothed milk. So far no issues. I have never owned a machine that does this so the learning curve for me took a little getting used to. But once you learn how, you can froth the milk with no issues. I used the single shot feature and was a little skeptical. Not sure if I can tell the a "shot" was added, but is a pretty cool feature I guess. People are all impressed when they come to our house now and see this machine on my counter. Overall I have no complaints about it. I use it almost every day and would recommend it to anyone who wants a little more out of their coffee experience.

The product is all it was represented to be. Not so for Best Buy.

I love this Keurig with the frother. A piece was missing so I couldn't use the frother; however, Keurig expedited the piece to me immediately. I use flavored creamer in the frother and it adds a special touch to our coffee drinks.

Had this unit for over four years and it’s still working great. Produces quality cappuccinos and lattes. No complaints whatsoever.

Love my new K-Cafe it’s perfect! Delvers time and time again so happy I waited and got it at a sale price.

Good product got it in 2019 but recently it’s being making noise even when am not using it. So not sure where the noise is coming and it turns the light on to blue where it shows cold

I have not yet used all the capabilities of the Keurig - K- cafe coffee maker. However, I do love it more that my pervious Keurig coffee maker which was nearly ten years old.
