Works great easy to use and it gets a lot of use..

Better cup of coffee than my old Kuerig. A little loud when heating up the water. Like that you can adjust coffee temperature.

Was not happy about the price but with Best Buy’s price match I looked into this model. You do NOT have to use pods with a qr scanner on like the other models. I like iced feature because that’s all I drink. But wouldn’t pay more for it. I love the gray color of this keurig. Only the handle seems to be stainless steel. It looks modern and nice on the counter. The filter is new to me since I switched from the classic keurig but I heard you do not even necessarily have to have the filter in. We have the filter on now so will give it a shot. I recommend. Very nice for the price I got it for.

Great product. Easy to setup. Would recommend it to anyone. HAven't tried the cold feature yet.

Bought this for a gift, the recipient absolutely loves it, mentions often how great it is.

Does what we expect from a Keurig and has lots of cup sizes. The reservoir doesn't hold as much water as we were used to from our old Keurig so we generally fill it twice a day. Also, the directions for making iced coffee call for hot water over ice in the cup and that just about melts all the ice.

Love the look of this Keurig. It matches my stainless steels appliances nicely. It holds 75 gallons and makes 5 cup sizes and brews quickly for those rushed mornings. My family have been fans of the Keurig for many years.

Just love this coffee machine the coffee comes out nice and hot and full of flavor .

This was a replacement for an older Keurig coffee machine that we had for many years and this is a great upgrade.
