I was getting tired of adding water each time to make a cup, even though I'm not a big coffee drinker. This is compact for my countertop and works well. Love that it has the "iced coffee" function also; that seems to help the ice melting when you're brewing. Wish it came in black though. Not crazy about the grey.

I have very little counter space so this helps me not take up near as much.

Ice coffee

The size is very compact, doesn't take up a lot of space on counter. A must have for ice coffee lovers.

This one is a terrific upgrade, as I now have more room to operate. It takes a little longer to fill up my cup than what I was used to with the old machine, but other than that, it is perfect. Glad I invested!

I like that it has a water reservoir and that I can select the cup sizes. I can also make iced tea. Happy with my purchase.
