    Take all day just to get half a cup of coffee.

    The coffeemaker i had quit working after 3 years. and didn't want to go without our coffee, so i went and bought this unit, liked the instant hot water, select your options, great bought it took it home. Well wished i never bought it....this thing is such a pain to use it would almost be easier to go to town and buy a cup of coffee. First off there is no instant hot water you have to wait for it. Now is where it just plain becomes ridiculous. 12 ounce setting will get you about 6 ounces of coffee, So i have to program it for 8 ounces when its done i set it for 6 ounces, when its done i almost have a whole cup of coffee. I set the water temp. at the maximum setting, out of about 30 cups of coffee i did get one cup of coffee that had some steam coming off of the cup of coffee. This is the worst coffee maker i have ever had. There is no way this went through any type of quality control. If i would have kept the box and receipt it would have already been taken back. I am going to go buy something else, wasting your life away trying to get a cup of hot coffee out of this thing.

    FIRE HAZARD

    Purchased on March 8th and on March 27th it caught fire. First it made puffs of steam (no water) and the the sound of electric sparks inside followed by smoke and a pungent electrical fire smell and then all lights went out. Quickly unplugged the unit and put it in the sink. DO NOT BUY this model... unless you have good house fire insurance. I currently have a case open with Keurig Canada.

    This is not worth your time or money it will perform well up intil you need t o descale that is when you will find all of its ugly flaws. All other are fine its just the newest versions that have this peoblem wish I knew this before now

    I miss my pot of coffee

    They’re great until they need to descale, once they descale it trips its motor. With regular cleaning cycles you’ll get a solid 2 years out of it and then all it will do will make small small cups. No matter the setting you’ll press brew and in about 5 seconds you’ll have 1/2 ounce of whatever you put in there.

    Stopped working within a week

    I was so excited to purchase my first Keurig. I got it on 11/2 and it is now 11/10 and it stopped working! I pressed the options I wanted to use, it sputterd and gave off a little smoke, a drip of coffee came out and the controls went dark. That was at 5:30 this morning and it hasn't turned back on since! I spent a lot of money for this machine for it to conk out within 10 days of use...smh. Now I'm torn btwn returning it and getting a replacement like customer service recommended, or just completely getting my money back...smh

    Went Dead

    Bricked itself within weeks of purchase. Totally electrically dead, checked house wiring and everything else was fine. Getting replacement from another manufacturer.

    Only lasted 3 years...

    We purchased this unit 6/2021; and it officially died this morning 6/2024! The last 6 months have been difficult to get a cup of coffee out, now it just will not power up. We will not be replacing it with any kuerig product, as the longevity of awful.

    Not worth it

    Disappointed with the slow brewing. 2 minutes and 47 seconds for a 12oz cup of coffee. The machine is brand new and I don't understand why it would be so slow. If anyone has suggestions on how to correct this I would appreciate it.

      Thank you for your review. The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and strength selected. We hope this is helpful! KeurigCare
