KEURIG IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE

We loved our old Keurig and we didn't hesitate to replace it with another Keurig. Much to our dismay this company has gone downhill they no longer make a quality product. It feels cheap and chintzy. After only a week it started acting up the same as our old one did and I wanted to get rid of it. When I contacted Keurig directly they were very uncaring. Ultimately I ended up returning this product to Best Buy.
