I purchased this Keurig to replace one of the original models of Keurig from Mr. Coffee that I stopped brewing for me just after Christmas. After doing some research I decided on this model as it has a 70 oz holding tank and can brew coffee for three different size cups. It can also be set to brew for a travel mug or a sold separately Keurig Carafe. The touch screen is very easy to use and the system was very easy to setup. I absolutely love this machine. It was a great purchase.

Ever since I got this Keurig I have not been able to stop using it. the Machine is sleek and sexy. I use it for both teas and coffee. both of which exceeded my expectations of flavor so far. Its simple to use and only takes a few minuets to set up. It has a pretty cool touch screen with multiple options. the only downside is that this product does not come with a pot of its own you have to use individual cups or throw some more cash at Keurig to acquire their pot made for this machine.

When my original keurig quit working I was so disappointed I rushed out to buy the new 2.0. It is even better than the original! Easy to program and use. Love the brew and size settings.

I love my new Keurig!! I would recommend anyone who loves coffee or tea or both to get one. I can have a great cup of coffee or tea in minutes every morning. I purchased this model due to reading the many good reviews. I don’t think it is noisy when brewing as stated by some. It was simple to setup, use and clean. I like that it has the option to change the strength of the coffee/tea. The only negative thing is the coffee cools quickly.

We had nespresso for over 6 yrs. There’s no coffee like nespresso. But that’s because I knew what coffee I liked and what I didn’t. We decided to switch to keurig because the nespresso capsules were very wasteful, exlfnsive and still very exclusive. Keurig cups can be bought at the grocery store! Plus I had the option of using my favorite ground coffee too. The machine is awesome. The water tank is huge, which for us tea drinkers in the winter months is very necessary. You can chose for a wide selection of cup sizes and strength. Love that I can use my own coffee with the reusable k-cup. I totally recommend it!

I don't drink coffee often, and my husband doesn't drink it at all so I never really needed a real coffee maker. This year, we have,are or will be hosting many of our family for various weekends over the football season. Decided to buy a coffee maker. After much research, I chose this one because it did both carafe and cups. I love the fact that we can use it for hot water for any hot beverage. I also love the k cup choices. I can have coffee the few times a month when Id like to and we can both enjoy tea, cider, and hot chocolate on demand too. Very happy with purchase. So are all of our guests.

Bought this Kuerig on moving to new home. Right size, right colour and easy to program. Only problem is that is the first single serve from Keurig that we have purchased that did not have a filter tower or extra filter. When I called the company the rep I spoke to sort of said “Oh, well—“. No explanation. We’ll see how long it lasts without. Fo150.$ I shouldn’t have to go on line and pay for a filter tower. Hope there will be a decent competitor when this one goes. This is the reason I dropped a star. Like everything else about it.

I have not wanted to convert to the K-Cup Keurig family as I am a lover of coffee and wondered how it would be in the sense of pay off in actual extraction of the caffeine and worried it would be like 'instant coffee with flavor' but I guess I can officially say that I purchased a few different brands of K-Cups to try out like Green Mountain, Gloria Jeans, Dunkin and, Cinnabon and They all actually have been really scrumptious and the pay off is the same as it is in a regular cup of coffee in my old coffee maker. I read reviews before purchasing and the only negative thing I seen others write was that this model isn't compatible with 'off brand k-cups'. I haven't seen 'off brand k-cups' so i guess I wouldn't/couldn't truly comment on that. I do think that my next purchase is going to be a milk frother so that I can make my own little delicious specialty drinks come this fall! And the Sandy Pearl Color adds just a nice classy touch. I was concerned it would be stained with coffee in little time but actually I haven't seen on splash of coffee to even clean as of yet so this is a total WIN!

Very quick and easy. Once I read the instructions, I had it down on how to use it, its super easy! I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend spending the little extra for this one versus ones that are little less, this one has features that make it quite a bit more user friendly and convenient to use. You can even change the color or wallpaper on the touch screen display.

I love my Keurig machine. The hardest part of using it is removing and replacing the water tank - meaning there was little learning curve between me and my first ever cup of pod coffee. Along with the brewer, registering it with Keurig got me half off 5 boxes of pods! That's cool because I need it since I'm going through twice as much as before. The water tank and lid are a little fiddly to move because of the way they're made, but it isn't too frustrating. You have to remove it before first use to wash it out (or not if you don't care). Then a first brew of plain hot water and it's good to go. The brewer comes with an orange thing that you use to rinse out the needle, but I'm probably going to get something better when it comes time for that. I had an Aroma espresso machine before this and that was a b***h to keep clean, so this seems like next to no maintenance. From warm-up to completed cup is only a few minutes and first thing in the morning when I'm still half-asleep, I appreciate that. It is a little larger than I'd expected, but no big deal.

I love the convenience and ease of use. The door action is much improved over previous Keurig models. This model is noisier than previous models.

Though I am not familiar with these machines in general, my family has enjoyed the ease of use and how fast we can get a cup of hot cocoa.

We have a rather large extended family, so we have frequent guests coming to visit. I purchased this Keurig mainly for when family comes to visit, so early risers could make a quick cup of coffee (and let me sleep). This is my first Keurig, and am surprised how good the coffee it makes is. Fast, easy, and no mess - and, I get to sleep in. :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE the color. Haven't had a Keurig in a while and it's louder than I remember but so far I've been happy with it.

Love this keurig! Simple to use. Large reservoir so it doesn’t have to be refilled as often.

I'm a serious coffee drinker. Having traveled all over the world & drank various types of coffee, I have bought many different types of coffee makers over the years - from French Press to various Espresso and Cappuccino machines. Having said that, I'd never expressed an interest in a Keurig until recently when my future daughter-in-law made me a cup of coffee from her old Keurig (still working after years of nonstop brewing). I was amazed at how easy it was to operate & was surprisingly impressed by the flavor. Therefore, I did my research, decided on the K425 & loved the sandy pearl color, as well. I also purchased the carafe separately & use it for larger amounts. (The optional carafe feature is available on the K425). You can get a reusable filter for both the K pods regular size & also for the carafe. I plan on giving this exact model & color to my future daughter-in-law for a Christmas gift. I think it's about time for a Keurig upgrade for her. :o)

I am not a fan of coffee...actually I rather dislike coffee, well, disliked coffee. I began working on my doctorate and realized I was in serious need of caffeine without the added sugar of soda. I now enjoy my coffee. The Keurig K425 is wonderful at brewing a quality cup of coffee. Whether it is your favorite k-cup, or your own grind in the re-usable k-cup filter. Only problem is the needle can become clogged, but the included needle cleaner cleared that problem right up. The water heats up really quickly and the machine brews up fast as well. Some people complain about the machine being loud, but to me that is just trying to find a problem with it...it is not that loud. All around great machine. Have recommended, and will again.

IMy wife really love it as a gift. The touch screen is perfect and it's easy to use.

Brews a great cup of coffee & doesn't take up much space. The only thing that disappointed me is that the filter was not included.
