In-fact there is no deference between K500 and K560 machines, only deference is accessories. K560 model getting more accessories than K500.

Water on demand is my favorite feature. I use it for all kinds of things. One of the down sides is you can't use milk with a keurig (it's a downside because I prefer milk with hot chocolate), but I have been mixing mine and it tastes better. Overall I do love this product, for many reasons!

Best Upgrade Purchase

Was time for an upgrade and made this purchase (was on sale!). I'm very happy with it as it is easy to use. It has the automatic turn on/off and choice of drink size.
