Great coffee every time and now the 2.0 will brew a carafe full.

Love this machine I would recommend to anyone who loves coffee

This has been our third Keurig brewer, so far it has been an excellent. My only complaint is that Keurig is not including the filter kit with this model and if you wish to add a filter kit the cost is $17.99 plus the shipping.

I got this free as part of the Best Buy Thanks giving deal, no complaints works very well and no issues. I like to Brew mostly Hot Coco and Chai Latte. DRM feature is pretty stupid since there are hack k-cups available in Amazon which can be used to refill best and cheap flavors.

This coffee maker is a lifesaver on busy mornings when you don't have time to brew a pot of coffee. Just grab your mug, grab a k-cup and hit the button. Very happy with my purchase. It's a game-changer!

Like the crafe feature but hard to find product. Needs to preheat faster. The compatable product gets rejected and can't override. Should include personal k-cup accessory to be eco-friendly and it needs to have the ability to do crafe fill with the k-cup insert.

We are happy with the Keurig for its intended purposes but the company hasn't released a "brew your own" cup for the carafe and due to the sensor you can't use anything other than Keurig cups, so we don't use it. Not cost effective if you drink a lot of coffee.

I like the features. The touch screen options are a little annoying to page through, but ok once you learn them. The coffee and water splatter a little bit more than the old brewers. I'm returning my second one in 6 weeks today. The 1st one I couldn't unclog the needle and it was within the return period. I got the 2 year service plan on the 2nd one and now the touchscreen won't respond. Hopefully just some bad luck.

My husband is very proud of his fancy coffee pot. He has had a difficult time finding types of coffee that he likes so he ended up with their reusable filter so he can have his Rotisarie. Does have a slightly plastic taste but that doesn't seem to bother him.

I received this product as an extra when buying my appliances. Couldn't have asked for a better deal. Works great just like I need it to. Only issue we have it the carafe does not hold heat very long. Very cheap plastic and not much of quality to carafe.

This is my first Kuring and it looks great on my countertop next to my new kitchen appliances. Although the box looks big, it is not that large once you put it on a kitchen counter top. I also love the fact that I have a little coffee pot for serving several cups at one time. This is a great buy!

Easy to use. Once encountered a problem with water pressure too low, but it was easily resolved after using a paper clip to clean up the needle.

I have had a Keurig for three years and decided to upgrade to a newer model. I love the changes they have made in recent years. You need to be aware however, that you must use Keurig approved Kcups with this model.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and she says it does not heat the water for the coffee as much as the one it replaced (an older Keurig). It works better, being new, but prefers the one it replaces.

My only issue is that you can't brew your own grinds due to the scanner. Otherwise it's easy to use and runs well

Love the features on this coffeemaker. Energy savings so it's on when I get up and then off again for the day. Enjoy the brew strength capabilities. And it's so much easy to clean and get rid of a clog than previous models. Also looks great!
