My first keurig, and it works as expected. The samples and coffee pitcher were a nice addition. If you don't need the LCD screen then a regular keurig would do the exact same thing. The option for the night light is pretty though.

Have really enjoyed my keurig. Love that its so easy and theres literally no clean up of grounds! The reason I give it a *** rating is because we went out of town for 10 days and when we got back for the first three days it would just say preheating. I hadn't had time to call customer service and tried it one more time the fourth day. All the sudden it worked right and hasn't acted up in the last 2 weeks but I am keeping an eye on it. Was kind of a bummer because we invested in a nicer model in hopes of avoiding things like this..

Solid build and works well. Personally, I do not like that it only works with Keurig K-Cups so I bought the Solofill - SoloPod Reusable Coffee Filter Cup - Black to work around that. The color LCD screen is nice and generally user friendly. Speed of the brewer is good. What I do not like is that you cannot brew a carafe size unless you have the carafe K-Cup. Kind of limits what one can do with it. I gave this 3 stars because for what it does and its capacity, there are more cost effective options out there.

Got this as a free gift when buying new appliances, my wife and I really love it. All of the options from hot water, now soup, all the coffees, hot chocolates and teas. You just can't beat Keruigs variety.

Best Keurig I've owned, I was lucky to get this free because of some appliances I purchased but I would pay the $189 bucks any day. I love the new carafe cups which makes up to 4 to 5 coffee cups.

Great product, heats super fast. Love the 4 color light that stays on in the water resivor. Automatic timer settings. Cant go wrong with this one!

great brewer, i drink a lot of coffee, so buying indi K cups is pricey, but if you buy a couple of the fill your own k cups, its awesome!

Huge coffee drinker and this makes it easy. I live in high altitude so the altitude setting is a nice feature for a warm cup of coffee. Works great with refillable "cups".

This is wonderful being able to make a full pot of coffee with the Keurig convenience. The bigger pods are pretty pricey however.

i was not big fan of coffee but after i bought this Keurig 2.0 .i drink coffee almost everyday with different flavors . so i just want to say is really nice product.

This has plenty of options for warm beverage making. I particularly like the ability to change the brewing temperature

Rated only 4 stars because I find when I use the canister for more than one individual coffee it does not stay warm.

My family enjoys the great drinks that this machine makes. Cocoa for the kids, tea for my wife, coffee, latte and others for myself. Its excellent!!!!

Love the keurig! The only thing is I wish it gave more choices for when I want hot water. 2 or 4 oz is not enough.

I am in love with the this kuerig ! It has awesome night lights, you can change the color of display etc. Also it Heats up quick! Highly recommend!

This was one of the perks for buying appliances. Never used, gave to father-in-law because we already have one.

Good for single and or small coffees. When you need large coffee you better off with old simple coffee maker.
