This Keurig never worked out of the box. I tried to exchange but they don't make it anymore? I owned one of this same model for 2 years but the pump died out of nowhere and I decided to replace it.

WAS MISSING THE PART THAT THAT THE KCUP GOES IN TO BE PUNCTURED. Had already thrown away so could not return it!!!!!

Bought this item,quit working after a week,was told have to have box it came in...like who saves these,,ordered it online,,,,chatted back and forth.told would talk to manager,,from where ever,,,,very unhappy $60.lost...live and learn...

Got this coffee maker for a killer deal with a $15 gift card. The build on the Keurig is top notch. Simple to use, came with some samples as well. The base is removable if you don't have a round coffee mug but a narrow one. Just a heads up there is a limit on limit on the size of the coffee cup. Doesn't take up much space in the kitchen either.

If you're a coffee lover like myself and don't like dealing with filters, then this is the coffee maker for you. The coffee maker is really fast, and once you find a K-Cup that you like you'll wonder why you didn't maker the purchase sooner.

Great unit for places with space limitations. Put one in my RV and it works great! Wish it had a longer cord though and a 14 ounce water reservoir vs 12.

The Keurig K10 MINI Plus Brewer is so simple to use! I don't mind at all adding water for each cup. This means the water is always fresh and there's no hard water build-up in the machine. I also like that this Keurig has less things to go wrong. I hope it lasts a long time! I am using bottled drinking water as the manual suggests and so far it's been great. I love being able to have a fresh cup of hot coffee anytime!

I got this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it.

if I were to purchase a Keurig again, I would go with one that had a programmable on/off and a water reservoir. Since its meant to be quick and easy, I would prefer to just brew and go without having to waste time waiting for the water to warm up.

this a nice travel keurig you can take with you on a vacation .In case you cant do without your kcup coffee.
