    Worst Unit Ever

    This unit is terrible. I got it intalled 07/06. The unit is not blowing much cold air. The remote is not working. I used multiple types of battery and its not working. I paid $200 membership with best buy for the product protection and they could not help. They advised me to contact the manufacturer directly. Why do i pay $200 for product protection when they are sending me to the manufacturer. What. A total waste.
