I received this item in used condition. It had adhesive residue on the window slider kit. It was missing all mounting screws, foam seal strips, exhaust hose fittings and adapters. I contacted BestBuy customer service and they did not provide any help whatsoever. I will no longer buy any products from BestBuy and they have just lost a customer for life.

Best decision I have made, as far as cooling an area in my home. The product description did not do it justice. Very easy to install and has remote control. To my surprise, It also works similarly to an oscillating fan. The outer vent slowly raises and lowers while the inner vents sweep side to side. This makes a big difference in air movement. Very pleasantly surprised! Thanks for the recommendation Best Buy!

This wasn't too heavy or noisy. I love that it comes with a remote. It was easy to put together and easy to use. Got room cold in lottery good amount of time. Would recommend.

Very easy to use and setup, it does what it supposed to do. Really keeps room cool in this heat weather. Easy to move from one room to another.

This was not a new product and must have been an open box return. Came with parts already attached and placed odd in the box. The olastic was still on the unit itself and IIt appears someone attempted to jnstall the vent but cracked a spot on the window kit and returned it but did not return it with any of the screws, part of the wjndow kit to adjust for my window, or the foam strip. i could make it work but kind of peeved it was advertised as new bit it was an opened product. the price was good so I did some modifying to make the kit work and i just need to get screws for it later. The ac itself outs out good air. So far si good. Its been hot so it beats what we had. Nothing. Also the box was damahed on the bottom. It just fell right off when I tried to move it inside but that could be thebfact it was taped back together and orobably Ups had a few bumps.

I spend a lot of time working in my garage, and I also keep animals in that small space. During the summer, without any cooling, it became very difficult for both me and the animals. I’ve tried many portable air conditioners before, but most of them had bulky exhaust hoses, loud noise, and clunky designs that caused a lot of inconvenience. This product is the best I’ve used so far because it doesn’t take up much space and is perfectly suited for use in smaller indoor areas like a garage or a room. Even on hot days, it delivers a steady stream of cool air that feels refreshing. While it works great for compact spaces, I also find that it’s still a good choice for larger rooms in a typical home.

I bought this item to cool my garage so I can use it as a workshop. Maybe it is not big enough because it was still too hot

I was kind of skeptical about this product at first because of the reviews but I went with my gut instinct and brought it anyway. Plus it was on sale, I love a good deal! I’m happy with the decision I made! Came with all the pieces and it took less than 10 minutes to put together. It keeps my living and dining room cool while making little to no noise other than the air blowing out.

I had to get my own screws and sealing kit for the window becauee it was missing some parts that said were included in the manual. The product works well and it still had alm the protective covers and stickers but other than that it seemed like it was an open box and some parts were taken from it.

Works really well for my small bedroom. Came with all of the pieces, maybe i got lucky according to these other reviews. Mine was new and the box was perfect.

Piece of junk does not cool the room. And now I am told that it cannot be returned. I have three other "Room air conditioners" in my home (different brands), they all work fine. This thing is useless. So I just lost $200 on this junk. Thanks a lot, Best Buy.

Sooo it turns out this product isn't actually on sale. Best Buy is just selling open box versions without disclosing it. Mine came with the box falling apart, the bottom came off completely by the time I got it inside. It's missing screws, foam, the drain hose was bent so hard it has a leak, and a wheel is completely broken off. It would be one thing if I bought this knowing the situation, but nowhere when buying did it say anything about being a used unit that would be missing parts. Super disappointed and want to return it but oh I can't because there's no way to transport it back to the store in a completely broken open box :)

Very good product. All parts included nothing broke. Works wonderfully.
