Wanted to really test this product before reviewing. So months later I can honestly say I love it. Mainly, because it minimal noise. Also, it is air conditioner and heater ; and both work amazingly. The only downside is that when I started the heater it let off a burning odor but it Is just the switch between air conditioner and heater. Other than that both work phenomenally and have not disappointed yet.

I love it. It was super easy to install. Its not to loud. Remote included. The filter is easy to clean.

The air conditioner is an exact fit in the wall, and it keeps the entire room cool. Even the cats are moving into the bedroom. It is easy to operate with an easy to find little green button to turn the machine off or on. And, it is easy to adjust the temperature. My wife and I are very happy with this highly efficient device.

This air conditioner cools very quietly. Have only used once since it has not been needed. It also has heat, but it has not been cold enough to use it.

The Keystone air conditioner I purchased at Best Buy is proving to be a very well built and reliable unit. It has been keeping my daughters tiny house very cool in 105 degree F tempuratures.

This AC unit has been very helpful and reliable. It worked perfectly in my window. It cooled down the room with no problems.

Works well for my bedroom and my office. I bought one for each. One came with a big dent in it though, which I never told Best Buy about because it still worked. Keeps my rooms super cold. Of course you need to keep your door and windows closed. I have never tried the heater and probably never will since I live in California

Apparently well made, relatively compact like a simple AC in-wall unit, and it’s a heater too.

My kitchen requires me to install a through the wall unit and this is my second one. It’s fairly heavy so use caution when installing but otherwise very cool!

New wall unit works great. Old one by sale company lasted 16+years. Quieter and more even heating than old unit. Definitely recommend

This air conditioner works fine,it’s good enough for a small room,I liked the fact it tells you when to clean the filter,but have in mind that you might need something with a higher BTU for your living room or bigger bedroom.

Excellent choice just what i needed for my Living Room

So far it’s doing the job although it tends to think it’s the right temperature and stops even though the rest of the room isn’t. Tried follow me mode but seems to be iffy when it wants to work or not

Bought this for a fishbowl cubicle in a warehouse at work . Cut a hole in one of the wall panels. Plugged it in. Pressed the power button. Nothing. Tried to see if the Remote Control worked. Remote works but doesn't turn on the unit. Had one of my mechanics open it up to find that the power supply was not connected to the control panel.

Unit was dented on one side and the prongs on cord were broken. It also had another return sticker on box with someone else's name so they might have given me a used/ refurbished unit instead of new.

Received a malfunctioned item. First day after Instlation it was releasing water excessive amount and my room was filled with a rotten smell. After contacting customer support they sent me another one but when I went to return it was very inconvenient.

This is a great AC!! I think it cools actually more than 350 sq ft
