    This was my fault I mailed in the wrong BTU'S For my airconditioner

    I bought two of these and both blow a strong current of cold or hot air. The remote works well. Only installed for a week or two, so we will see in the long run.... definitely get the sleeves, which are sold separately.

    The Air Conditioner is working very well. For the price and to get a heater in the same unit has been a good choice. The only problem was when they list it the type of Electrical Line 110 or 220 is not listed. I need a 110 and it was a 220 Air Conditioner. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

    I have a $50 fan in my room that blows colder air than this over priced hand fan this is a waste of effort just get an AC & stand alone Heater separately and save yourself a few hundred bucks. After I looked it up this is a fairly common problem with this model.
