    Would give it zero stars if I could. Lasted just over a year and died. Clumsy to use and install. Reliability was obviously terrible. We may have saved money up front on the price but not worth it. Only saving grace was it was covered by the Best Buy Total Tech plan so we just went and selected a replacement.

    Great dehumidifier. Replacing a 10 yr old Keystone with this guy. The pump system hose does not fit well and leaks water when pumping. Just using as a manual dump like my old one.
