Terrible

I returned it and the next one was delivered with the back smashed. Now I have to return this unit. I’m sick of getting damaged merchandise from Best Buy.

Worked great untill it didn't

Missing part and poor service

Best Buy was out of stock so I was told to contact the manufacturer. When I finally reached them, they sent the part to the wring city. I had them reship, and the part that arrived was the WRONG part. I finally got fed up and returned the whole thing.

Doesn't cool anything

Great portable AC for the price

I needed another portable AC since my Condo Association doesn't allow window AC's. I purchased a Sharp product from Costco 5 years ago for another room and it is still running. Didn't like the Delonghi model sold at Costco. After researching reviews and price I decided on Keystone.
