This A/C cools my living room and dining room! Awesome

The first unit I picked up was a champ for about 14 days. Then the dehumidifier quit working. The second keystone unit (after trying a Frigidaire which couldn’t cool a 200 sq foot area with a 550sq capacity) doesn’t take any moisture out of the air at all. I’ve closed down the area to about 150 sq feet and a.m. able to get the unit to cool to 70 ish

It does a nice job is coold enough so yeah i will recommend it :)

This was a purchase I made after much research and debate over which one I should get. I couldn’t be happier with this! It is perfect for my house and size. It is helping to keep my upstairs cool! So happy!

I love these portable AC units. They work great and I don't have a large box sticking out my window. This unit works great and I get the added benefit of a dehumidifier.

Good for someone living in small apartment . Very economical and energy saver .

It's truly a great air conditioner! The portability of it makes it easy to move wherever desired. Definitely cools a big room down nicely!

This product is probably good, however it was missing the window adapter, and keystone customer has yet to ship the part two months after my purchase

A bit too noisy and bulky. The exhaust pipe is too large.

Bought this air conditioner due to the great reviews only to be met with disappointment. It stopped working about a month in, kept turning itself off, it would shut off on the plug and would not turn back on until I reset the plug but would not work after the first time. This was the case every time I tried to use it. Have contacted keystone customer service and requested a replacement under the warranty. This is such a hassle especially in the heat wave we are in, do not buy!!!!!!!!!! This is your warning.

I returned my cracked ac unit and received yet another smashed unit. Still I tried it and for 14,000 btu’s, it’s not so great for cooling down 600 sq ft. It’s getting returned.

It works ok. Would not purchase again. Too much to connect

Does not seem to cool a room very effectively. I would research other options.

Broke 20 days of use I was able to get a refund the manufacture but still.
