Installation is very difficult. Instructions are terrible and this doesn’t fit the wall sleeves it claims it does. They give foam padding as insulation but the fit is extremely awkward; you’ll need a Jacky workaround to get this in place. Also, it doesn’t work with a US outlet and blew extremely weakly with an adapter due to the 230V power requirement. The 230V is listed but not highlighted which is an issue because those kinds of outlets are very uncommon in the US, where this was sold to me.

this wall air conditioning is very nice in appearance, it is very easey to install and it cools a large living-dining area with only 14,000 BTU's. Easy to clean filter also.

I have a very small apartment about 500 square feet (give or take) and this air conditioner doesn’t completely cool down the entire place thought it’s marketed for 700 square foot areas. The room it is in cools down amazingly in fact within minutes it gets really cold but the other areas of my apartment do not cool off as nicely. I have even closed the closets and bathroom door so that the bedroom and kitchen get cooler but to no avail. I’ve contemplated returning it but it’s so heavy, it would just be too much work. All I’m all this unit is definitely more for a room not an apartment.

It cools my studio apt very well. Easy to use filter and remote functions.

my keystone a/c is fantastic is perfect through-the -wall sleeve window. and the best part of it is 220 volts. the weather temperature is high no much about the cooling system. one time I left the a/c running so that when I come the house is cool. thank you best for recommending me a best a/c that fit to family.

Great a/c makes my living room so cold which I love and easy use. Plus doesn’t makes much noise which is a plus on my end.

This air conditioner is very good for the area I placed it in.

The only hitch in the whole process was verifying that the required "sleeve" was compatible with this unit. The good news is that the sleeve WAS compatible. In any case, all works well. We can cool our den/kitchen/breakfast area to the point of "chill bumps" in the morning! :)

This unit was shipped to me very quickly and has worked perfectly ever since. I love the fact that it has a remote to change the temp. I am happy I purchased this and would definitely recommend it!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I initially bought this air conditioner a month ago. First one did not work at all. Coordinated a product exchange and talked to no fewer than 15 Best Buy call center people trying to get Geek Squad protection for the replacement as I was skeptical having had the first one not work. The replacement is hardly better. My place is a bit smaller than 700 sq ft and even on the cool setting with highest fan setting, it will only cool my place to 77° when it’s set at 65°. And that’s right by the remote, which I ended up placing on the table closest to the unit. I’m not sure the compressor ever kicked on. I think I just wasted a lot of money on what is basically a crappy fan.

My only complaint was I didn't know I needed a 220 line to operate this A/C. That caused an extra expense on which I didn't expect.

Very powerful and cools large area. Wiuld definitely say a good buy
