Great release, but keep in mind that this was before Ultraviolet Digital HD codes became pretty much the standard for blu-ray releases. This has an old school digital copy bonus (digital copy bonus disc with activation code). The good news is, as of this writing, you can use the blu-ray disc for disc-to-digital conversion on Vudu. It's cheap and a great way to still get your Ultraviolet Digital HD copy.

An excellent super-hero film with plenty of action. If you own a 4k setup it's a worthwhile edition to add to your collection. The Steelbook is very well done and even includes a slipcover! A great value at only 19.99 upon release. Highly recommend you pick this up while it's still available.

I already had the HDX version but I really like this movie so I decided to get the 4k version. The steelbook is nice. I would have liked the cover to have shown Only Kickass and hit-girl in a fighting stance or back to back with blood splattered throughout the cover but I guess this'll do.

Great movie with plenty of action from start to finish. 4k with its enhanced audio and video qualities are very good. Steelbook is nice and a great way to store and display your favorite movies. Keep'em com'in BestBuy!!!

A really nice Steelbook set. This one has a plastic slipcover, unlike a lot of Steelbooks, which both looks really nice, but also protects the Steelbook! It also has “trading cards” for the main characters, which I was also not expecting. Overall, a nice set. At $16 it’s a steal.

This collector's edition is fantastic. The steeelbook contains front and back character artwork, a sturdy plastic slipcover containing the movie title logo, and interior cityscape artwork. Character cards were included inside; purchased during product's initial release.

Wanted to upgrade this film for a while, since I only have it on DVD. The artwork on the case is incredible, and the movie is fantastic. Definitely not your average Marvel movie. This is brutal, with real consequences. Some scenes are definitely not for the squeamish!

Maybe I am too much in love with Super Heroes movies, but this one it's a different one (and a great one). The level of reality and action it's superb and a movie star was born right before my eyes: 12 Y/O girl Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit Girl), did an amazing job as an actress I have seen her in some other movies (like Dark Shadows) and this girl has what it takes to be a Hollywood diva

One of my favorite movies to watch and now in 4k Dolby atmos and a steelbook addition that looks great. A great upgrade for sound and picture over the old dvd release that i watched in the past. Looking now for the 2nd movie to add to this one Recommended

Always enjoy watching this movie for the story, comedy and action. Hit Girl simply steals the show when taking on the bad guys. Great AQ/PQ and would highly recommend.

Colors are nice, and bright. Detail is so good you can see every little blemish and wrinkle on Nicolas Cage's face. This is a must have for comic book fans. The standard 4K version has been out for a while. I was just waiting for the steelbook. Now I'm happy.

I have always been a fan of this movie. I like that it is from a different perspective and shows what would happen if people really tried to pull a batman and start fighting crime. Its hard to find it on streaming so I finally decided to buy it and add it my my collection.

This movie is a dark action comedy, and is very entertaining from start to end. Its a different story and is funny enough to make it highly re-watchable. A teenage decides to dress up and fight crime like his comic book hero's and gets in over his head. He ends up getting saved and teaming up with Nicolas Cage and Chloe Grace Moretz. It also stars Aaron Johnson, Mark Strong, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. It also comes with an iTunes Digital Copy as well.

This movie is definitely not your typical super hero movie. This was a gem to find and watch. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good laugh. Story line is great and has a twist of humor. Steelbook is also top notch and comes with trading cards.

R-rated, superhero comedy movies are more visible thanks to Deadpool but this movie cracked that barrier, other than the 4th wall, way before Deadpool. In my opinion, the success of this movie was certainly an indicator that a movie like Deadpool could be a success.

This movie BLEW ME AWAY. I had no idea, going into this movie, that it was so freaking crazy...... The actress that played the 11 year old girl was more than amazing, Nicolas Cage was cast perfectly, and the whole story and flow of this picture was brilliant. Yeah, I guess I liked this movie a whole bunch.

It is rare for a superhero (kind of?) movie to be as relatable as this movie is. The protagonist is a high school student who asks the question, why aren't there more people trying to be more super heroes? This movie has plenty of action and humor to please any hardcore comic movie junkies. Nicolas Cage is also gold in this movie. Highly recommended.

This remastered an 4k version is a pleasure to look at! Best this quirky and unique movie has ever looked. If you're a fan, by far the best way to view!!

Despite being aimed toward a young-adult audience, this movie is for action-lovers of all ages. Apart from the two principal actors, including a very young Chloë Grace Moretz, Mark Strong and Nicolas Cage turn in great performances. And the music used in the film is the best! Definitely the best of the two movies in the franchise.
