This phone is perfect for my purposes. It is easy for my child to use and allows him to make contact with the important adults in his life without opening it up to random calls or calls with unapproved parties. The tracking function is excellent and I am able to keep track of my child while he is out of the house. I had to call the Kids Connect customer service and I had the best experience. He was so patient and provided support well after business hours.

Overall, happy with the phone. My mom was getting lots of spam calls and this phone resolved the issue. There was an update done by providers that cause some issues, but company worked fast to correct. Received good support from company in resolving any issues we had. Would definitely recommend.

This phone is a bit complicated to get set up but would be otherwise a great purchase if it had service where We live. So I've spent $140 for my kindergartener to have an emergency phone it doesn't work. I am highly disappointed, I cant get a refund either. Could be a great buy for someone that lives in a metro area.

This device is very difficult to use. Activating the phone is a process also.

I bought this for my son 5th grader. I wanted him to have a phone just for emergencies while walking home from school... This is the perfect phone for kids. I can locate him, he can send me a text if he needs me.Best of all I need help getting it set up. I thought I called a call center but it was the owners phone. Mike not only called me back minutes after he missed my call but he took time to walk me step by step in setting up the phone. It took a wile but he helped me through i'm so thankful. Will definitely suggest for other parents to by kidsconnect till the kids get in the age that they can handle smart phone smartly.

This is a great phone that would work for a child or for an elderly parent that needs a simple device. The ability to track the phone is a great plus. The customer support has been exceptional!

I could not be happier with the purchase of the My Kids Connect phone! It is everything I have been looking for in a phone for our disabled daughter. We needed a phone that would not allow her to call random people or receive calls from strangers. We also did not want her to be able to access the internet, like most phones do these days. TheMyKidsConnect phone has many excellent features that I hadn’t even thought of which suit our needs perfectly. It is a great device for kids, adults who may have trouble with technology, or people with disabilities. When I called the company for questions I was actually able to speak with the owner of the company who was not only helpful, but also a really nice guy! I highly recommend this product! I am surprised no one had come up with this type of device before.

I bought this to give to my son for Christmas. I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to add the # to the phone, so I called customer service. To my surprise the owner of the company answered the phone he helped me program the three # and the SOS button and add the extra # into the phone book. He was super friendly and helpful. the phone is perfect for the needs of my 7year old I hope that he loves it.
