Recently added this fitness DVD to my collection, and it's a keeper. Normally I would review any workout DVD through Collage Video before purchasing - but I didn't have time on this one, and purchased knowing JM workout videos normally rock - and she did not disappoint. I've only made it through the first work out -short, but effective. Definite keeper.

I ended up with 2 copies of this DVD set over the holiday. I've opened one and planned to re-gift the other. I've watched the workouts - and they appear to be effective. Unfortunately, I haven't yet done them (what resolution?) so I can't really comment on how effective the exercises really are.

Most people either love or hate Jillian. I love her so I'm biased. That being said, this workout works. It doesn't just focus on buns and thighs, it also has cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up. Definitely worth the $.

Love her or hate her, Jillian does get results. She can be a bit of a drill sergeant, but I love that her workouts are always a challenge and they work. This DVD is no exception.

This not for quitters, fantastic workout. It rwally took me by surprise having a workout dvd that's so good... no regrets.

While I have stuck with it and gotten good results, I found it almost impossible to do as a beginner. But all in all I made it. :)

It's a really good, challenging dvd. There are 3 levels and I'm still on level 1. Can't wait til level 1 becomes more attainable and move to level 2!

I bought this DVD with anticipation that it wont be good but Its a pretty good workout video I feel the burning in my buns as I work out.

This was a fairly good video for the prise not bad but nothing special. It's good to have when snow days keep you out of the gym

This is good basic video to use at home to exercise. It explains what you need, show the exercises in easy staps.
