I bought 2 of these flash drives and both of them are no where near the advertised capacity. Now I do understand that normally the capacities are "slightly" smaller than what they should be, but this is ridiculous. This drive is supposed to be 16GB, one of the drives I received was 10.8GB and the other one was 9.5GB
