The drive needs to be installed on rails in order to mount in a stantard 3 1.2 inch bay its annorying but not too difficult. The biggest problem I have is keeping the SATA Power and Data adapters connected. I have 2 of these drives and 1 raptor so my SATA connectors are looped in order to power all 3 drives. Since they connecters don't lock in place any movement cause them to wiggle loose. Aside from that these drives are quite and very fast! I loaded Windows 7 in less then 15 minutes and it boots in 13 seconds.
I would recommend this to a friend

Dum de dum de dum de dum. Why couldn't the engineers keep the location of the connections in sinc or unchanged from the side and top when you use the adapter ? Don't they realize that some computers have no need for SATA cables and such because their hard drives plug directly into the board ?? Now its DUCT TAPE AND TWIST TIES for this brand spankin new Kingston SSDNow V-Series 128GB Internal Serial ATA II Hard Drive for Desktops..Geeez.I know someone could say it is not compatible for the Mac Pro and whoever else has this problem but come on,, The location and size and design of the hard drive's connections are standardized so why isn't that just continued on.??
