Microwave works well and has good functionality, would buy again

Clock light is very bright. Automatic 30 second run doesn't work as easily as the prior model.

Very simple to install and build in to the existing cabinetry. We also bout a installation kit and my wife installed it! We never had a problem with it since we bought it.

Replaced 16 year old KitchenAid with this newer model. The new unit isn't near the quality of the original. Unfortunately, the space was designed specifically for this size microwave, so I had little choice. I don't think I'll get 16 years out of this one... And...I cannot figure out how to dim the clock. It is so bright it lights up the room.

I was replacing a Kitchenaid microwave oven that I had been very happy with. I did a lot of research particularly on the size of the oven on the Best Buy website and in talking to Kitchenaid customer service since this oven would be a special order.. After all this work, when the oven arrived, the measurements printed in the literature were incorrect and a half inch off, so the oven would not fit in my cabinet. The oven may be great, but it would not work for me. Very disappointed that manufacturer's measurements were not accurate.

Kitchen Aid is a very reliable brand and this one is already living up to my expectations.

We bought our in October 2013. Our first one died in July 2014 while still under warranty. After a bureaucratic nightmare of trying to get Whirlpool to honor their warranty, we finally got a replacement in September. Now its February 2016 and the replacement just died.

Bought this countertop microwave in December of 2013 for $415.00. On Mar. 23 of 2016 (2 years 2 months)the door handle broke, wouldn't allow the door to open and microwave kept running after the timer hit zero. They NEVER made parts for this model (except for drive cog and feet)!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! My recommendation would be to buy the cheapest one on the market because NONE of them last!!!!!!!

We use these microwaves in my office building and they stand up very well to the heavy usage they get.

My kitchen aid stainless steel microwave Dropped dead after 3.5 years of home use. Handle broke and electronics fried.

I would not recommend this product. It stopped working after only two years. I spent more money on it because of the name. The oven did have some convenient features and it held full size dishes. I really liked it while it worked. Unfortunately the product does not last and the repair man said it wasn't worth fixing. He recommended another brand.
