Easy to use , quiet and very nice looking. I have bought kitchen aid appliances before and will continue. Excellent quality.

Purchased this model to replace another KitchenAid microwave that was worn out! Loved it but after a few months I noticed the bottom right corner was slightly bent. The door shut normally but then I found a small black plastic piece that broke off from the bottom inside of door. Now the door seems to "stick" when I open it. Paid a lot of money for this and didn't expect it to fall apart so soon!

Because the controls are on the door instead of to the side, this microwave seems to be much wider than our previous one even though it fits the same space. It has a ton of functions and the convection bake is a plus - I can see that being handy when we're hosting family holidays and the main oven is already in use. My only minor complaint is that it seemed to be totally silent running for the first day or two and then developed a bit of a rattle somewhere, but it's not a big deal.

The house we live is about 15 years old, we were still using the peace of junk Microwave installed by the builder, so it was time to replace it. This thing is very nice, very solid, does not look or feel cheap. My wife and I had fun install it, we had to modify a little bit the cabinet.

I love how it looks. Very sleek and modern. The buttons are easy to use. It’s a nice size too. Definitely large enough to cook nearly anything.

This is a high quality look and feel product that was a vast improvement over the one it replaced. The touch screen and stainless steel make it very easy to clean. The only things I wish were possible with this product is to control the volume of the alerts. The upside is that the functionality is incredibly quiet, but the alarms are a little too quiet as well. Based on this product, we are probably going to get a matching Kitchenaid range as well.

Purchased this microwave about 6 months ago with a complete Kitchen Suite set. It not only looks fabulous it is very easy to operate. All of the controls are simple, clear and easy as they should be! You will love the inside. It is super large and even has a removable shelf to accommodate cooking 2 things at once. Also the flexibility of having a convection oven is great too! In my new kitchen I did not have the space to have a microwave and a double oven but with this beauty I have to say I don’t miss it at all!

We purchased this to match our other appliances. It looks great and is quiet. We chose this model for the convection oven capability (which we have not used yet) and this model was also on sale at the time. There was a slight learning curve for cooking certain items for us compared to our old microwave - experimentation was needed with power levels and cooking times with a few items. The door is large which may bother some people, and the vent fan automatically turns on in high speed which then requires multiple touches to turn off (which can also be a negative). Overall, we are happy so far...

A great product and very quiet. We really appreciated the convection feature due to a faulty installation of our new double oven/gas range which took four weeks to be replaced. The microwave baked like a full size oven.

I’m happy I picked this microwave. It works great and has lots of features. I wish the installation from Best Buy was a efficient as the microwave. The installer dented my kitchen cabinets when doing the installation. They also scratched my glass cooktop which they replaced but now I am having a hard time finding someone to fix my cabinets because it’s not a full kitchen repair or replacement. Best Buy would pay for it but I can’t find anyone. Get the microwave but beware of the installer.

I was hesitant to buy a microwave with controls on the door, but I know KitchenAid makes great products and I wanted to replace my old Kitchenaid convection with a new one. BB had a great deal on an open box buy. I got this unit for over half off. It has some really great features like the soften butter feature and reheating food. I like that the turntable is free floating, so even when the microwave is off you can reach in and turn it to bring your food to the front if you need. It's bigger than my old one and sticks out farther, and particularly with opening the door which is wider than most microwaves. That can be a bonus though, as it gives much easier access to the cooking area inside. Not only is it bigger but I noticed that it definitely cooks food faster. It also operates much more quietly than my old one did. The touch panel seems to resist fingerprints very well and the underside lighting and vent fan are a step above. Very pleased with this model.

Recently bought this microwave to replace my old one, It looks great, works great, very quiet, only few weeks but it is working great.

Microwave works great. Pros: Looks, features, convection, powerful. Cons: large swinging door, just hard to get used to. So far it has performed flawlessly. I used the soften butter setting, worked perfectly without melting the butter.

This is a very good looking Microwave. The handle is nice because you don't get fingerprints all over the appliance. It is quiet. It is easy to use. The panel displays what you need to do. It is very easy to use.I love the convection oven part of it. I can bake in my range and the microwave. This is an excellent purchase.

I am a DIY kinda guy and this was a very simple and straightforward install. No more difficult than any other microwave I have installed. It has been in place for a couple months and my wife loves it. She uses it as both a convection and microwave oven daily. It is quiet, cooks evenly, and is easy to use. The kids favorite part is the popcorn button, all microwaves have one but this one really works and pops all the popcorn without burning it! Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

A perfect fit and looks very rich in my kitchen. Easy to operate and very quiet. Will change all my appliances to Kitchen-Aid.

Sensor cooking works good and very quiet. Use to having the controls down the right side instead of across the bottom which makes the door heavier when opening since entire front opens up. Too many steps to start defrosting and always have to add more time to automatic defrost time. Haven't used the Convection feature.
