The buttons for time, clean etc never worked. The fill basket leaks if you don’t press it in hard and watch the coffee pot fill. Hate it.

This coffee pot holds up to 12 cups of coffee and though I don't need that much coffee brewing capacity, I prefer it over my smaller capacity one.
This coffeemaker is more tall than it is wide and I found this incredibly useful for my tiny apartment kitchen that only has one countertop. The part where you put the water is removable like a tank with a handle so you don't have to lug anything heavy around and snugly fits back into place.
The speed and temperature in which this brewed was amazing and I found myself having it let it cool off a lot more than my previous coffeemaker, which is a pro and a con. The most helpful feature I found is the programmable buttons for brewing. I have one set for myself for the weekdays and the other set at a different time on the weekends.
Overall, this coffeemaker is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

This coffee maker looks nice. It’s got a few issues. The tank in the back is removable, but this doesn’t work for me because usually I have to still empty some coffee from the pot so I just fill that up instead of making two trips. This unit uses more grounds and the coffee doesn’t seem strong even on bold. I’m talking 6 scoops 10oz water. Every other one I’ve had it’s 2 to 1. It’s messy to clean up and if you have filters, 8 scoops per 10 oz. It’s large, and the pot itself is large. Hope this helps.

The only issue I have with this coffee pot is the trouble getting a new carafe. I had another of this model but broke the carafe. Fortunately I had coverage on it. So got another complete new pot. I tried to get a spare but the only place I can find them is on KitchenAid.com. They finally just got them back in stock.
I do love how easy it is to set up. And the taste is the best ever. I do recommend this pot. But get a spare carafe or you may have to wait for them to come back in stock.

The carafe broke. Looked everywhere for a replacement. Called KitchenAid and was told that the wait time to speak to a rep was 7 hours! Can’t recommend.
Returned, buying a brew station, no carafe!
