Great refrigerator design except the center slide shelf would have been better placed toward one side or the other rather than the middle. Wished there was a larger version of this design.

Kitchen Aid really out did themselves with this fridge. Its so nice and sleek. I looked at what seemed to be 100 fridges, this one was the best choice.

It is beautiful but it doesn't hold as much as my last counter depth refrigerator. Li.ited space for tall items.

The layout and capacity of my new refrigerator iare perfect for my needs. I am still getting acquainted with its features but it compliments my other kitchenaid appliances well. I purchased it based on salesperson recommendation since there was no floor sample. Ii am glad that I did. I love the interior and exterior layouts. I hope that the manufacturer keeps improving this model especially for tall items. Currently you cannot stock up on more than one gallon of milk. One gallon fits well. I hope to get many years of reliable service. My old kitchenaid refrigerator lasted 16 years

Love 4 bins for those who like to have Salad / cheese / fruits / vegetables in drawers. Not a lot of door space if you carry a lot of sauces and bbq sauce.

Nice refrigerator/freezer. Pros: Love that it is counter depth and the option to convert one of the lower sections to fridge or freezer. Cons: Super limited in space inside - be warned if you need a lot of space inside the fridge. Good for a smaller household or one that has a 2nd fridge/freezer in the garage or basement etc.

We like this refrigerator finally picked after searching by ourselves. Salespeople were nice and tried to help each time. Since the wrong information was during the second purchase we had to chose the one which fit our needs. We opened new credit card and tried to get 10% if pay off within a month. But delivery was about one month later so that we didn’t get any benefits even though we paid off within one month after we received refrigerator.

This refrigerator is beautiful! Fits perfectly in our space and is very aesthetically pleasing!

So far i love it. I have no more to say. I just received this and really can't say with any certainty that i won't have problems. But will see.

this is one of the best fridges I have ever owned. What I like about it is that each compartment temperature can be controlled separately. It runs and dispenses ice quietly

Love the organization in this fridge only complain is the plastic around the screen and the door selling not closing easily

In less than two weeks, the water dispenser stopped dispensing, the ice maker stopped producing ice, and the food in the deli drawer freezes (we only have about 10 items in the refrigerator). We had to increase the temperature to 40° to prevent the deli meats and cheeses from freezing into a block of ice. Even at 40°, ice crystals still form in the deli drawer. Counter depth refrigerators will sacrifice capacity, but if Kitchenaid would have made this refrigerator the standard 72" tall (vs 69"), it have made a significant improvement in capacity. Now, I have to wait for Whirlpool/Kitchenaid service to rectified the problem, and who knows how long that may take.

Very good product. Look nice. Durable and funtional

We generally like our new fridge, its beautiful and runs great thus far. But a cautionary statement to others: We are disappointed with the shelf inflexibility. There is very little tall storage space unless you pull out an entire shelf. The upper right door holds a couple tall items (i.e gallons of milk). If you have that plus a gallon of OJ...or anything taller - you're in trouble. It is possible to jostle things around and make it work, but not logically. You find yourself balancing it on the front of a shelf and having to move things constantly. Had we considered this, we likely would not have purchase it.

Lack of depth and door space disappointing. Replaced a unit with significantly more volume, but newer units of same volume are slightly taller or larger door, no longer firing custom cabinet space.

The look is amazing it works but then again it’s brand new it probably should. If I had to write a complaint about this refrigerator would be that the temperature setting for the actual refrigerator only stops at 32° the drinks aren’t as cold as I feel they should be other than that it’s a very nice appliance

Very stylish, functional and unique. The exterior looks great in my newly upgraded kitchen. The flexible freezer or fridge at lower portion is awesome. This model is the only one with tasteful platinum color interior instead of uninspiring white.

Great product and delivery awesome addition to our revamped kitchen.
