Great microwave. Matches our kitchenaid fridge perfectly. No complaints

Great microwave with easy to clean interior and huge capacity

This microwave works well and has many features, but some of the features are annoying as you have to press multiple buttons to utilize them. For instance, my last Kitchenaid microwave had a touch screen that allowed easy access to features such as melting butter. This model lacks a touch screen and therefore I have to navigate by pressing the number buttons, which is overall not a significant problem, but can become tedious. A more annoying feature of this model is that it continues to beep after the cook timer or kitchen timer has ended. It does not turn off by simply opening the door and therefore you have to press the "off/cancel" button each time. The microwave does have a nice stainless steel finish. I installed it in the spot of my previous kitchenaid microwave and instillation was fairly easy, but does require two people to lift the microwave. Also, I have to drill and additional hole in the cabinet above because the location of the holes for the mounting screws was different from my previous microwave.

Love it. Looks great and very easy to use. Very powerful for an entry level Microwave.

This has been great so far, it is a little large that is my only complaint. We are going to have to have our cabinets raised as the microwave is awfully low as it hangs over the stove. Not sure if this is standard for all microwaves. But all in all, it's been a great purchase.

As with all stainless steel appliances, you're paying a premium for the finish. I have no complaints, as it is the bottom of the line unit in SS and I just added it to match the rest of my kitchen. It seems to work very well so far though. I would definitely recommend this oven if you don't need features like convection and a more intuitive interface.

Overall we are very happy with our choice after 5 weeks. Manufacturers are making them cheaper and taller so we will see if it lasts 11 years like the last one.

There are so many different functions compared to the standard model my house came with. It does a great job!

The unit operates well and is very attractive, but out of the box it was missing two pieces! Neither affected operation and were easily replaced at hardware store, but annoying.

We bought this microwave to match the dishwasher when we replaced it with another architect to series. The microwave works fine my only complaint is the fan is a little noisy but otherwise everything works good

this is a microwave ;-) It works as expected and looks fantastic. it's definitely a quality item. It's very pricey for what you get. admittedly, we bought this unit because it matched our stove and that's the only reason we bought it .

I am so far quite pleased . I have a entire Kitchen Aid kitchen so a replacement had to match..
