Not hard to use

After a few sessions locks started breaking and sometimes cutting part falls out

Great for Bulletproof Coffee

Well made KitchenAid product

Touchy, you have to press it just right. The plastic connector seems flimsy. Connects mixing shaft to motor. Hasn't broken but it is definitely a weak spot.
