I love the look of this appliance. and its spacious.

Great fridge, very spacious. Love the handles. Easy to install

The end result- the new Kitchen Aid appliances- are all outstanding. The deliveries, not at all outstanding. I ordered the appliance in June, 2024 and at last, deliveries were completed in September, 2024. The first scheduled delivery didn’t happen, was cancelled but I didn’t know until I called OTT. The second delivery didn’t happen, but the delivery company said there was no one home at the delivery time. But, no motion recorded on either Ring camera. Two of the appliances were damaged, and when I contacted customer service in India, I was offered a $100 credit. Thanks but no thanks. My rule from now on, if I can’t pick it up, I don’t buy it from Best Buy. Overall, a long and frustrating experience. And, I missed two days of work waiting for deliveries that never showed up. Never again.

It maintains cold temperatures Great food stay fresh longer

The refrigerator works great fits all the food we use very comfortably. This especially nice with a cabinet depth model. The only draw back is the size of the Freezer. It is limited.

I love how the water is inside the door and I don't have to look at an ugly dispenser. My only complaint is the handles loosen on you. I put some locktite on them and no problems since.

Great fridge for smaller spaces. Love the counter depth and sleek look of KitchenAid.

This refrigerator is amazing. It is so solid. And beautiful. It’s clean. The doors close and open so easy.

Everything fine, except unfortunately, right upper door handle hits counter edge when opening door; older Kitchenaid model had sloping handles and there was no interference. Fridge located in corner of kitchen, so 45’ angle of wall/counter is next to it.

Purchased a 24 cu fridge and would not fit through the door. Went with this 20 cu and couldn't be happier.

I was looking for a French door refrigerator in chrome finish to match my other appliances. Although the freezer space is not as user friendly, the refrigerator on top exceeds all expectations for storage.

I've only had it 2 days but it cooled down quickly and everything that should be cold and it is keeping the meat cold and not freezing the veggies like my old fridge did!

I picked this fridge because the handles display like an industrial, professional refrigerator. They look so high quality compared to some of the curved and plastic handles I see on other fridges.

Have had this refrigerator for a little over 2 months. The control panel is not staying at 38 degrees. Keeps changing to 40 or 41. I like the simplicity of this frig but disappointed that there seems to be a glitch in the control panel. Since it's under the 1 year warranty, I have to have Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) service. Could not get an appointment for one week. Difficult to get through on the Kitchenaid phones. On hold 12-20 minutes to speak to someone. Regarding the design, the light in the freezer doesn't always come on. The freezer drawer is kind of rough to open, not smooth. And usually ice drops while the drawer is open and goes all over the floor. The freezer compartments are grid baskets and small items can fall through.
