This was great in our kitchen! The fridge was in an awkward spot but the counter depth made it better!

Overall the refrigerator appears to cool properly; however, it has recently seemed to run a little loud when the cooling setting is going on. Then it quiets down after it appears to have gone through a cycle. It is big enough as far as space goes. My only complaint would be the level of noise at times. Other times it is quiet.

I am very pleased with the new fridge. I love the counter depth. There is still room for all your food inside the fridge.

The KithenAid refrigerator purchased by me is perfect for my use. I love the fact that I am able to see all the frozen food in the bottom freezer. The eye-level refrigerator is very convenient as well as the placement of the shelves and pull-out draw for the storage of specialty dishes and cold cuts. The clean and modern look is a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

Well, it keeps food cold, which is better than my old refrigerator, but I do not like the door configuration. If I could've gone to a showroom, I would have realized that. The left door has a closure device that makes the combination seal better, but that means that you have to push it closed harder than the right door and I frequently fail to do that. Luckily this appliance has a door alarm that beeps when you've left it ajar. If I had it to do over, I would choose a different configuration. The other issue is that the control are on the ceiling of the refrigerator, reducing the capacity of that top shelf significantly. Not the best design... :-/

The refrigerator looks great. Keeps food at perfect temperature. Wish the filtered water didn't require two hands to operate.

I strongly recommend against purchasing this model. The doors don't seal properly leading to condensation on the seals and water dripping into the freezer drawer seals. I'm constantly having to wipe water off the door and freezer seals. This also means the unit is wasting energy. Our unit has also become increasingly noisy in just the first 6 months of ownership (49dB). I'm now trying to get warranty support and Best Buy has referred me to KItchenAid. Wish me luck. Buy something else if you're in the market for a new fridge.

Finish is beautiful, and love the counter-depth. Could NEVER go back to a standard depth refrigerator!!

Bought this fridge for my mom who always wanted a drawer freezer - First one didn't work out, Best Buy was terrific in scheduling pick up and new delivery. My mom is 83 and she was worried about losing food in freezer. Again, can't complain, they delivered and she was and has been extremely happy with this.
