They delivered my refrigerator on June 13th. The freezer door was broken. When you open the freezer door, the track pulled to the left. I called Best Buy and they sent out a technician to look at the frig. They said they could not fix it. They ordered me a replacement. The replacement came and I had the delivery employees check the freezer door before they brought it in. The second refrigerator also had a broken freezer door. The delivery employee called the geek squad and told them what happened. The geek squad talked to me and asked what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back so I could get a different refrigerator. The set it up and gave me a case number. I ordered a Bosch refrigerator, but it won't be delivered until July 27th. So they said I couldn't get a credit for the 2nd bad refrigerator until they deliver the Bosch and pick up the Kitchen Aid. The kitchen aid was $2346 charged to my credit card and now the Bosch is $4300. So I have over $6600 on my credit card and have to pay that bill and wait until they deliver the new refrigerator and then they say I will get the credit for the kitchen aid.

We love this fridge and haven’t had any issues with it. Definitely recommend!!

Looks nice but space is limited in both freezer and refrigerator areas. You need to put the shelves in on your own and still trying to figure out how to allow tall items; same with the door shelves. Water dispenser inside the unit vs outside. Not as much freezer space. Ice maker has two levels on speed.

Fridge is pretty good - although we had an issue with the freezer sealing correctly which resulted in frost build up within the freezer. Thankfully Best Buy agreed to exchange it for another fridge.

Works perfectly just as we anticipated. We will buy this product again for our next home

Thought I would not like a counter depth refrigerator but it's so much better. Very well designed too. Like the size of the compartments.

It is taking some getting used to. Not sure that I like the counter depth size. My fault for buying the wrong one!

The look is that of a commercial or very expensive refrigerator. In purchasing & improving & reselling properties it is important to add value and give your customer a great looking product.

Great fridge and wonderful delivery. Well worth the price

I recently moved to Indiana. Previously I had lived in Alexandria, VA. Two years before moving I had remodeled my kitchen, choosing Kitchen Aid appliances. I loved them and so chose them for the remodeling project for my kitchen here.

Had to replace a KitchenAid floor model that worked perfectly but had a non-working ice dispenser. Replaced with KitchenAid French Door style. Working perfectly so far.

terrific except disappointed that we thought we were buying a stainless fridge but the sides are not stainless.

Good Refrigerator for smaller house. Depth is on the small side.

It's okay, but there are better options out there. Looks nice, but the operation of the drawers inside is sub par. Feels kinda cheap.

Bought this to replace 10 year old model that stopped working. New model has been cheaply made in everway. Ice maker freezes up condenser. Have to turn it off or temp climbs in freezer. I am changing out all my appliances and will never by kitchenaid again.
