I'm not one to complain and understand the challenges companies have supporting products, but do not buy KitchenAid. Unfortunately the Samsung Bespoke isn't made in a zero clearance fridge that works based on the kitchen layout and had to buy KitchenAid. The quality itself is a downgrade from Samsung, but much worse, the fridge started failing 8 months after purchase. Because it's still inside the manufacturer warranty, Best Buy is not able to service the item (I am a Total Rewards Member as well, providing full coverage) and you have to deal with KitchenAid/Whirlpool. They have sent out 3 technicians already and we now get to spend our Friday, July 5th waiting on them in the convenient 8am to 5pm window. Products are going to have issues and how that is addressed should tell you a lot about the company. You'd assume after ruining 2 full fridge loads of food, the next step would be replacement swap, but maybe 3 will be the magic number.

my last frig was over 11 yrs old, not keeping food very cold, now that i have this wonderful kitchen-aid frig everything chills fasters and stay very cold. Wished i had bought it sooner

This very nice KitchenAid is a great value at the BB outlet store. It almost cools too well as we have had to adjust the thermostat several times to keep drinks from freezing.

As expected, perfect fit, looks great, works great.

Love my kitchenaid. Like the room inside and the deli tray. Have not hooked up ice and water yet. A great buy, although a little expensive.

Best Buy sent me an open box used fridge when I ordered a new one. The process of starting a return went smoothly however, scheduling the return replacement, hookup and removal of the used fridge they sent has been less than desirable. I was informed it would be no issue to have the hookup of the new one as I was conned out of $150 to hook up the used one they sent because somehow even though I added hook up to my order, it got removed during check out. The delivery guys said this was happening to almost all their Best Buy deliveries lately - I bet they were happy about it, because it seems like a good scam to me. Sure deliver me a fridge then just leave it uninstalled ..... OK!?!?! Like you want me to pay for your error once and then again you want me to pay for your error after sending a used fridge. I do not think so!!!!

This refrigerator is much smaller then previous version. Water dispenser is not easy to use, need both hands.

Good refrigerator but the delivery process was not pleasant.

Really nice design, love the exterior look and the interior design is really nice. Interior layout is really good too. Working really well, highly recommend.

Easy directions to understand. Both the freezer and refrigerator got to temp quickly. We have not had it very long so time will tell.

Bought this fridge for a kitchen renovation in my old house, no issues, clean look without sacrificing the amenities of filtered water and ice maker - ordered 3 years later for new construction project!

Replaced a 20 year old Frigidaire fridge with this model. Love the French door design, and also that its counter depth. It really modernizes the kitchen!
