Beautiful fridge so far so good hopefully it last as long as my Viking fridge which lasted 25 years amazing. If I get 10 years out of this, I would be happy.

This refrigerator is super quiet while it's running. I often need to open it to tell when it's working. It is much quieter than the Thermador built-in that it replaced. However, the solenoids controlling water flow into the ice maker are quite loud. This Kitchenaid is built just as well as the Thermador we previously had. It even has a few upgrades. The internal platinum finish looks much better than the white in the old fridge that faded over time and showed stains. Drawer pulls are a little bit of a change as you must grab them from the top (as opposed to the lip underneath the handle on the old fridge). I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quality built-in but not wanting to spend a much higher price for the "name".

Outstanding, abundant storage, beautiful Platinum Interior! It runs very quiet. The only time you hear a sound is when the ice maker is running water to make ice. Upgraded look. **Amazing Sales Team at N Scottsdale Location. Chris T. offered knowledgeable, professional, outstanding service to us. He ordered our appliances, helping us on several occasions. He assisted us in selecting our new kitchen appliances, staying within our budget. Dylan was also of great help several times. We had a delivery scheduling issue. The Specialty Sales Manager, Mick C., went above and beyond to ensure delivery. We strongly recommend this refrigerator and Sales Team at this location!

This built in refrigerator was the exact size of our previous Kitchen Aid Refrigerator which lasted over 23 years. It fit our cabinet perfectly. Not much has changed over 23 years except for the use of LED lights. Build is quality and price was much more reasonable than other Built in alternatives we looked at.

Had to wait on it to arrive, but was well worth the wait. High quality! Very sleek and elegant. Was a little worried about the amount of room inside, but was surprised once I put everything from my old refrigerator in it. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

Purchased appliances in May. Tech came to my home and ordered the wrong refrigerator, which I came found out when they came to install in July. New one ordered and installed improperly. This is the order from hell. I spend 16,000.00, and this should be a exciting and happy experience. My home was damaged and the refrigerator is still not installed improperly as the second team that was sent out said they were not qualified to install a built in fridge. Help, Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It lacks many features and it is way overpriced. The single reason I had to buy it is that it is a built in, and has the same exact dimensions of the old one.

My wife loves it. We upgraded our kitchen the refrigerator was a perfect choice.

How can I write a review when you cannot get me the refrigerator that I ordered. I ordered it on June 25th and the delivery date was July 9th. It has been rescheduled several times with the latest date August 20th. Now you have postponed it again.

After 3 years and one month, the board stopped powering the compressor and had to be replaced. This is outside the warranty period and therefore we are out $500 plus all the food that was in the fridge and freezer. Additionally, several of the LED lights are already not working, which is another $200. Its ridiculous that a fridge costing as much as a used car lasts only three years.
