Good Product for the price..It fits prefectly in the space we have..It doesn't stick out passed the counter like my old frig did.. Easy to get in and out of it.. I love the ice in the bottom and not in the door..No more melting ice all the time

Good buy, counter depth perfect. Lighting works well. look is good. Shelf space is good. Handles are stylish. We have the stove and dishwasher so looks good in the kitchen.

I like my new refrigerator a lot. It looks great and the fridge space is excellent. My only negative thoughts are that the water dispenser is hard to access, especially for kids as you have to use two hands to get water. Once to hold the glass and another to push the button (it is inside the fridge. The freezer space is not ideal but I am making it work! Overall I give it a good rating!

We have really loved the look and function of this fridge. We've purchased it twice for both of our homes. Stainless steel looks great and we get a lot of compliments on the fridge itself.

I love this refrigerator. The sleek look and counter depth make my kitchen look so much nicer. The plus is the space inside. For being a counter depth refrigerator their is still a lot of space inside.

Delivery guy was lazy and set our valve was leaking in order to avoid installing the refrigerator. He scratched our wall and floor. The 3rd party Has done nothing to help repair the damages. Completely unprofessional!

This refrigerator is even better than expected. Sleek looking and love the interior water dispenser. The shelves and drawers are sturdy. Allows for flexible organization.

this is the perfect find. did not want something too expensive yet still act as if it was. easy to get what you need and know what you need to get when you ready to fill it.

My KitchenAid counter depth refrigerator was delivered 3 weeks ago. I wanted the Whirlpool version of the refrig but it wasn’t available. I was told the KitchenAid was the same unit. I discovered one important difference is that my KitchenAid lacks the finger print prevention feature that its Whirlpool twin has. Pretty significant difference in my book. Still getting used to the very small inside. While I don’t “lose” items hidden in the back as I did with my non-counter depth refrig, this refrig has a small capacity. For example, no way to store a 2 liter bottle vertically, and the ice maker and tray consume a good portion of the freezer. My biggest gripe is that 3 weeks post delivery, I am already having problems. Last night the refrig inexplicably went from a temp of 38 to 58. I was on hold for 30 min with Whirlpool service center and then told that a service tech won’t be available for 5 days. I’m out a refrigerator full of perishables and worried that, with problems surfacing just 3 weeks into the life of this appliance, its long term reliability is highly suspect.

A little small at 20cf. Had to have a vibration repaired. Liked the LG better but did not fit.

I love this fridge!!! Don't let the shallow depth fool you, it has tons of space inside and doesn't stick out like those really deep fridges do. Also this particular fridge has a water line inside built into the side of the wall. It is out of the way and keeps the front of the fridge really clean. That was the main reason we picked this version. The handles are amazing with the knurled effect and the red accent ends are really cool.

I’ve had this refrigerator for a few months now and could not be happier. It looks great, keeps the food at a consistent temp, and the ice maker and water dispenser have worked without any issues.

Freezes eggs, door hand on freezer is loose for the 3rd time. If you don't shut the doors properly you are doomed. Items will have a frost all over. The ice machine is great but ice falls to the bottom through the freezer baskets but it is difficult to clean out. I would tell my friends to purchase it it is better than the horrid Samsung I had.

Quality Refrigerator, well made and very easy to use

We just wanted a basic counter depth refrigerator without all the fancy electronics that go bad. This is a great unit! The water and ice are on the inside which gives it a clean and classy look. Works great!

The KitchenAid-20 CU French doors is awesome. The inside is laid out great with ample room. The freezer is deep enough even for a counter depth. Love how all of our food is super cold and lasts a long time. Family friendly too.
