It is a great size for a small family. I do not have the water hooked up, it has a different connection than what I have. I likely won’t connect it, have to rerun the hose, which results to taking cabinets apart. Using ice trays. The shelves are adjustable. If the door isn’t closed properly, an alarm goes off. It’s not loud, just enough for you to start looking. The bottom freezer, you have to stack food so you can close it. Basically, it’s what I was looking for.

Overall, this is a great fridge. It's the perfect depth for our narrow kitchen, and we like most of the shelf organization. There is one full width drawer which is awkward and defeats the purpose of having the french door since you have to open both doors to pull it out. Otherwise, we are completely happy with its functionality and look.

I am not regret to pay couple hundred more to get this refrigerator. The product itself is solid, good quality but the service that Best Buy provided was terrible. I move to new house and need it badly, and they delivered a week later .No apology, nothing. First, The delivery guy accidentally hit my new wall when move the refrigerator to second floor. Second, i was promised by Best Buy "warehouse" that I will get the gift card for late delivery. And I got nothing still. I spent thousands dollar in Best Buy every year and i think deserve better service. If you hear me , please take good care for your royal customer .thanks!!!!!

First experience with stainless and so far not as hard to keep clean as I was told. Love the french doors and the freezer on the bottom. This product looks great and is a nice addition to our kitchen.

We had 2 KA deliveries on the above model in just over a week. Both had defects. We had 3 prior KA’s in our prior homes & no problems. We had water / ice delivery system issues this time. Because of that we chose another brand. We are extremely pleased ! We chose a larger box - 26 cf & are amazed at the added space .

The kitchen aide refrigerator is great quality. The ice and water work fantastically. Plenty of room, more than I thought, would recommend to anyone in need of a new refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator! Looks great in my kitchen. I love that it has an internal water dispenser. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is the ice maker is loud when it is making ice every blue moon and the shelves have a gap in the back of the inside fridge. Otherwise, sleek, works great, great size!

The Kitchen Aide French Door "fridge" arrived in good condition with all necessary parts included. We have lived with the new "fridge" for about 1 & 1/2 months and are not happy with "our choice" of refrigerator style. Previously owned a side-by-side fridge and freezer combination. However, with the freezer DRAWER configuration, most items must be placed into a "BIN". Thus to find a 'wanted' item in the freezer section it is frequently necessary to dig down through items on top to find the desired item. VERY INCONVENIENT! Also, the left side of the freezer drawer constantly frosts up. Shouldn't happen, but don't know if our grand kids are not closing it properly ... OR ... if the delivery guy who 'pulled up' on the drawer handle lift the fridge over a seam in our tile floor (to roll it into position) is to blame.

One of the best refrigerators. I used this for my fix n flip in Baltimore. KitchenAid is one of the best hands down. The handles are nice and easy to open and close the doors and drawer for the freezer. I would highly recommend this fridge for anyone looking to purchase one for their home.

Been using the fridge for 3 weeks now. Counter depth fridges are expensive for what you get. This model is nicely laid out and works well, but the quality of the drawers and racks doesn't match the cost. I'm concerned that they will hold up to daily use over time.

Great fridge. Tons of space for everything. Though the freezer set-up isn’t my favorite, it holds just as much as my old conventional freezer. Love this fridge!

Since it's a counter depth model the interior is on the small side. I knew that before purchasing. The deli bin and produce bins are very flimsy and seem like they will not hold up after a period of time. It's made of plastic and not very think plastic.

I wanted my refrigerator to flow with the cabinets and it's perfect!! However, the fridge depth is narrow and I knew it would be but thankfully I don't have a big family becauecthe space is so small. I don't love the water being in the fridge because the kids can't access it but I do love that it's hidden and doesn't leave a water mark down the front of the fridge. I'm happy with my purchase :)

This refrigerator is an excellent product. It works efficiently, looks stylish, and has a lot of room inside. I'm very happy with the purchase. Also, the sales person in Eastvale was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Love the space and the quality. The cold water dispenser is very nice and enjoyable to have fresh cold water all the time!

We were very disappointed in our GE side by side which failed us at 6 years. We really like our new Kitchen Aid French door fridge. Looks great at counter depth and plenty of space for us. The reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is the freezer handle was loose or not working right when we had set up but we called out geek squad and the new handle is fine ( no longer loose).

Fridge was up to our expectations. We like the water feature inside seems colder. Freezer is smaller but we wanted to buy less and it is making for less waste.

This counter depth design looks great in my kitchen however it still has plenty of space inside. I also choose this model because the water fountain is located on the inside.

I know this looks like a small-ish fridge, but it actually holds a lot more than I thought it would. In particular: the produce drawers easily hold larger items (ie: head of cauliflower/broccoli/cabbage) that didn't fit in my drawers of my previous & larger Samsung. Much better design. Much better layout. Have had it for a couple of months and great so far!
